The Story Rubino’s Pizzeria was founded in May of 2005 in Herndon Va. by the Rubino brothers, Stephen, John and David. All three brothers are graduates of George Mason University and residents of Loudoun County.
Several years of prior restaurant experience and the benefit of growing up in an Italian family yielded our ability to develop a neighborhood, “fast casual” pizzeria that is second to none. We were equipped with many family recipes, a desire to succeed and a strong belief that surely everyone would love the food our grandmother (Nonna) prepared. From the very first day, our Herndon restaurant has been a tremendous success.
Very early success in the Herndon Rubino’s enabled us to grow into our new Ashburn location which has become immensely popular. We are very quickly becoming the favorite neighborhood pizzeria of Ashburn and neighboring communities.
