1. Shred carrots and place in a large bowl. Mix in pineapple and raisins. 2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and salt to taste in a small bowl until blended. 3. Toss mayonnaise mixture with carrots, pineapple, and raisins. Serve.
