Michael Hoath Brand Properties/Mariner Group (770) 277-8434 HGOR provided landscape architectural design services for this three hundred and twenty unit apartment complex, including numerous gathering spaces nestled among century-old Live Oaks. Local building code required fifteen foot wide fire access lanes inside the courtyards, which, in turn, were designed to be value-added features. These areas, including a low-lipped bocce court, were constructed at no added cost above the standard truck-rated surface. Pool and hardscape elements contrast contemporary architectural styling with a lush landscape and dramatic Live Oak canopies to create a wholly unique development.
