As the leader of an international professional team, HGOR is currently working with port engineers and market research consultants to develop feasibility studies and conceptual planning for a Cruise Ship Homeport Economic Zone in Panyu, Guangzhou. Analysis and research of culture, land use, local urban development, transportation systems, historical sites, public spaces, tourist resorts, commercial and retail industry in the area all play a large part in the planning process. Based on the study, HGOR will develop a preliminary master plan for surrounding area totaling 1300ha. and detailed urban renovation/redevelopment designs for parcels encompassing up to 179 ha.
