Palmer Wines

There are flavours of nectarine, quince and lemon curd, and a lovely balance riding the line between zippy acidity and ripe flavours. A long, elegant finish with lingering tasty oak notes is evidence of 10 months spent in French oak (50% new). Careful cellaring for five to seven years should further develop complexity.
