2015 Purebred Chardonnay This wine has a fine citrus drive, ripe stone fruit and some toasty richness. A long, elegant finish with lingering tasty oak notes is evidence of 10 months spent in French oak (50% new). Careful cellaring for five to seven years should further develop complexity.

2015 Oakdene Yvette Vintage Sparkling Pale straw with a hint of bronze, this wine has lifted notes of citrus, spice and green apple aromas, followed by brioche and yeast-derived notes. A delicate fine mousse, with obvious bready autolysis, is balanced by firm apple-like acidity and a long finish. It’s from a 50/50 blend of chardonnay and pinot noir, using the traditional method and aged on lees for 24 months prior to disgorgement.
