FAMILY SWIM #100 Swimming is a sport that is good for people of all ages. It’s fun, easy and an ideal activity that all members of the family can do together. No instruction or activity is planned. The following rules apply: (1) Children may not attend without their own parent, (2) No family or friend substitutions are permitted, (3) A child who is less than 4’ 6” must be attended by a parent at all times, and (4) Flotation devices are not permitted. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Saturdays – Beginning Sept. 11 (12-week session) Time: 3 PM - 4 PM Fee: $95.00

ADULT LAP SWIMMING #101 Swimming is an all-around physical conditioning activity. This is for people who would like an opportunity to enhance or maintain their cardio-respiratory and muscular fitness. Lines separating fast, medium and slow lanes will be in the pool. Showers, dressing areas and lockers are provided. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Mon., Wed. and Fri. – Beginning Sept. 8 (15-session card) Time: 8 PM - 9:45 PM Fee: $100.00
LEARN TO SWIM FOR CHILDREN #102 With so many backyard pools and boats in the area, more and more children are spending time in and/or near water. Safety for children begins with being confident and capable in the water. This course teaches correct strokes, breathing, floating and water safety. All children will be tested during the first session and placed in a class based on ability. The course is for children ages 6 and up. Must be 6 years old on or before October 31. Proof of age required. Saturdays – Beginning Sept. 11 (12-week session) 3 available times: 12 PM - 12:50 PM / 1 PM - 1:50 PM / 2 PM - 2:50 PM Fee: $125.00

WATERFRONT LIFEGUARD #107
This course is for adults who cannot swim or want to improve their swimming skills. Topics include proper breathing, floating, strokes and water safety. Thursdays – Beginning Sept. 16 (10-week session) Time: 8 PM - 9 PM Fee: $100.00
The American Red Cross Waterfront Lifeguard Course provides participants with the skills and knowledge needed to prevent, recognize and respond to emergencies in and around aquatic facilities. Also included will be First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. Pre-requisites: (1) Must be able to swim a combination of front crawl and breaststroke for 550 yds.; (2) swim 25 yds., retrieve a 10 lb. object from a 10foot pool bottom and swim 25 yds. back to the starting point; (3) swim 15 yds. underwater and retrieve diving rings; (4) be 15 years of age or older. Please bring $54.25 for book and breathing mask to first class. Tuesdays – Beginning Sept. 14 (15-week program) Time: 6:45 PM – 10 PM Fee: $200.00 for HHH students and $300.00 for non-HHH students
SPRINGBOARD DIVING #104 This course will cover the basics of springboard diving: approach, hurdle, take-off, flight and entry. Emphasis will be on proper techniques and form. In addition, all five groups of dives will be taught: forward, back, reverse, inward and twisting. The springboard course will also emphasize competition-level dives and techniques used in competition. Saturdays – Beginning Sept. 11 (12-week session) Time: 10 AM - 11 AM and 11 AM - 12 PM Fee: $120.00 for HHH students and $180.00 for non-HHH students
AQUAROBICS #105 Aquarobics is a form of rhythmic exercise that supports the body while using water as resistance. Swimming ability is not required. Saturdays – Beginning Sept. 11 (12-week session) Time: 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM Fee: $70.00
ADAPTIVE SWIM CLASS #108 This class is suitable for individuals with mild to moderate physical or mental disabilities. Classes are one-on-one and instructors will teach skills based upon the abilities of each individual student. This program is open to children and adults. Maximum enrollment is 12. Saturdays – Beginning Sept. 11 (throughout the school year, September - June) 2 available times: (max # of students per. class is 12) 10:45 AM - 11:20 AM and 11:20 AM - 11:55AM Fee: $200.00
RECERTIFICATION FOR CPR/AED FOR THE PROFESSIONAL RESCUER #109
SENIOR CITIZEN SWIM #106 This is an opportunity for our District’s senior residents to make use of the Natatorium. Showers, dressing rooms, lockers and supervision are provided. There is a maximum enrollment of 75. Mon., Wed. and Fri. – Beginning Sept. 13 (throughout the year) Time: 2:15 PM - 3 PM (September - July) Fee: $100.00
This course is suitable for those who need recertification in CPR/AED for the ProRescuer. Participants must complete written testing and perform practical skill scenarios to recertify. Please bring breathing mask, current certifications and $10.00 for ARC certification cards. Monday – December 20 Time: 7 PM - 10 PM Fee: $45.00 for HHH residents and $65.00 for non-HHH residents

RECERTIFICATION FOR WATERFRONT LIFEGUARDING AND FIRST AID #110 This course is suitable for currently certified lifeguards who need recertification. Participants must complete written testing and perform water skill scenarios to recertify. Please bring current certifications and $6.00 for ARC certification card. Wednesday – December 22 Time: 7 PM - 10 PM Fee: $45.00 for HHH residents and $65.00 for non-HHH residents
