AMERICAN RED CROSS LEARN TO SWIM FOR CHILDREN #102 This course follows the progression of the American Red Cross swim levels 1-6. Repeat swimmers pick up where they left off, while new swimmers are tested on the ,irst day for proper placement. The age requirements for this class is at least 5 years old by June 30th, 2015. 4 Year old ,irst time swimmers are encouraged to do Course 113 below. Saturdays - Beginning April 11th, 10 Sessions 3 Available Times: 11:00AM-11:50AM/12:00PM-12:50PM/2:00PM-2:50PM Fee: $100 for 10 Classes
PRESCHOOLERS LEARN TO TO SWIM FAMILY SWIM #100 No instruction or activity is planned. The following rules apply: (1) Children may not attend without their own parent; (2) No family or friend substitutions are permitted; (3) A child who is less than 4’6” must be attended by a parent at all times. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Saturdays - Beginning April 11th, 10 Sessions Time: 3:00PM - 4:00PM Fee: $100 for 10 Sessions
AQUAROBICS #105 Aquarobics is a form of rhythmic exercise that supports the body while using water as resistance. Swimming ability is not required. Saturdays - Starting April 11th, 10 Sessions Times: 10:00AM - 10:45AM Fee: $70.00 for 10 Classes

This could be a child’s ,irst swimming experience without a parent. Water orientation is taught with emphasis on kicking, arm pull/breath control, back ,loat and water safety skills. The course is for children ages 2 to 5 years. Maximum enrollment is 20 per class. Please register early. Saturdays - Beginning April 11th, 10 sessions 2 Available Times: 10:00AM - 10:45PM or 1:00 PM - 1:45PM Fee: $100 for 10 Classes
SPRINGBOARD DIVING #104 This course will cover the basics of competitive springboard diving: approach, hurdle, take-off, ,light and entry. Emphasis will be on proper techniques and form. In addition, all ,ive groups of dives will be taught: forward, back, reverse, inward and twisting. The springboard course will also emphasize competitionlevel dives and techniques used in competition. Saturdays - Starting April 11th, 10 sessions 3 Available Times: 10:00AM-11:00AM/1:00PM-2:00PM/3:00PM-4:00PM Fee: $100 for 10 Classes

THIS COURSE IS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL SUMMER 2015
This full course consists of American Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. Age requirement: 15 years old by the end of the course
Days: Monday-Thursday Evenings (Speci8ic Dates/Times to be announced in Summer 2015 Brochure) Approximate Start Date: June 29th, Runs 3 full weeks for a total of 12 Class Dates Fee: $375.00 for HHH residents and $425.00 for Non-HHH residents *Fee includes course textbook and breathing masks*
ADULT LEARN TO SWIM #103 This course is for adults who cannot swim or want to improve their swimming skills. Topics include proper breathing, ,loating, strokes and water safety. Fridays - Beginning April 10th, 10 classes Time: 8:00PM - 9:00PM Fee: $100 for 10 Classes
RECERTIFICATION FOR CPR/AED #109
SENIOR CITIZEN SWIM #106
This course is suitable for those who have CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (Lifeguard) certi,ication that requires renewal. Participants must complete written testing and practical skill scenarios to receive certi,ication. Bring breathing masks, current certi,ications and $19 cash for the ARC certi,ication cards to the class.
Lane lines separating fast, medium and slow lanes will be in the pool, as well as a general swim area with no lane lines. Showers, dressing areas and lockers are provided. Lifeguards are on duty during this program.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Beginning March 23rd Time: 2:15PM - 3:00PM Fee: $50 December through July Annual fee in the Fall includes Winter, Spring and Summer.

RECERTIFICATION FOR LIFEGUARDING WITH CPR/AED #110 This course is suitable for those who have a current LGT/1st Aid/CPR/ AED certi,ication that requires renewal. A prerequisite swim test and validation of the participants current ARC certi,ications will be conducted on the ,irst night of class. During the course, participants will receive a full review of all material. Participants must complete written testing and practical skill scenarios to receive certi,ication. Bring your breathing masks, whistle, current certi,ications, bathing suit and $27 cash for the ARC certi,ication cards to the ,irst class. Attendance at all listed dates is required. Dates: June 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th (if necessary for testing) Time: 6:30PM - 9:30PM Fee: $150
