Note to Participants: There is no written con irmation of acceptance into a class. Be sure to bring your own swimsuit, towel and lock to the pool with you. Parents are required to remain at the pool for the duration of the class. 6

In-Person Registration at High School West: Friday, November 21st, 3:00 PM-5:00 PM Monday, December 1st, 3:00 PM-5:00 PM, 8:00 PM-9:45 PM Wednesday, December 3rd, 3:00 PM-5:00 PM, 8:00 PM-9:45 PM First Day of Class: Please arrive 30 minutes early to register on the irst day of any course.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be given if a course is cancelled. For those who register but do not participate, only course credit will be issued.

AMERICAN RED CROSS LEARN TO SWIM FOR CHILDREN #102 This course follows the progression of the American Red Cross swim levels 1-6. Repeat swimmers pick up where they left off, while new swimmers are tested on the irst day for proper placement. The age requirements for this class is at least 5 years old by December 31st, 2014.
FAMILY SWIM #100 No instruction or activity is planned. The following rules apply: (1) Children may not attend without their own parent; (2) No family or friend substitutions are permitted; (3) A child who is less than 4’6” must be attended by a parent at all times. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Saturdays - Beginning December 6th Time: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM Fee: $125.00 for 12 Sessions
ADULT LAP SWIMMING #101 Showers, dressing areas and lockers are provided. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Beginning December 1st Time: 8:00 PM - 9:45 PM Fee: $100.00 for 15 Session Card
ADULT LEARN TO SWIM #103 This course is for adults who cannot swim or want to improve their swimming skills. Topics include proper breathing, loating, strokes and water safety. Fridays - Beginning January 9th Time: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Fee: $100.00 for 10 Classes
Saturdays - Beginning December 6th 3 Available Times: 11:00 AM-11:50 AM/12:00 PM-12:50 PM/2:00 PM-2:50 PM Fee: $125.00 for 12 Classes
SPRINGBOARD DIVING #104 This course will cover the basics of competitive springboard diving: approach, hurdle, take-off, light and entry. Emphasis will be on proper techniques and form. In addition, all ive groups of dives will be taught: forward, back, reverse, inward and twisting. The springboard course will also emphasize competitionlevel dives and techniques used in competition. Saturdays - Beginning December 6th 3 Available Times: 10:00 AM-11:00 AM/1:00 PM-2:00 PM/3:00 PM-4:00 PM Fee: $125.00 for 12 Classes
SENIOR CITIZEN SWIM #106 Lane lines separating fast, medium and slow lanes will be in the pool, as well as a general swim area with no lane lines. Showers, dressing areas and lockers are provided. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday - Beginning December 1st Time: 2:15 PM - 3:00 PM Fee: $75.00 December through July Annual fee $100.00 in the Fall includes Winter, Spring and Summer.
