AMERICAN RED CROSS LEARN TO SWIM FOR CHILDREN #102 This course follows the progression of the American Red Cross swim levels 1-6. Repeat swimmers pick up where they left off, while new swimmers are tested on the irst day for proper placement. The age requirements for this class is at least 5 years old by December 31st, 2014.
FAMILY SWIM #100 No instruction or activity is planned. The following rules apply: (1) Children may not attend without their own parent; (2) No family or friend substitutions are permitted; (3) A child who is less than 4’6” must be attended by a parent at all times. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Saturdays - Beginning December 6th Time: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM Fee: $125.00 for 12 Sessions
ADULT LAP SWIMMING #101 Showers, dressing areas and lockers are provided. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Beginning December 1st Time: 8:00 PM - 9:45 PM Fee: $100.00 for 15 Session Card
ADULT LEARN TO SWIM #103 This course is for adults who cannot swim or want to improve their swimming skills. Topics include proper breathing, loating, strokes and water safety. Fridays - Beginning January 9th Time: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Fee: $100.00 for 10 Classes
Saturdays - Beginning December 6th 3 Available Times: 11:00 AM-11:50 AM/12:00 PM-12:50 PM/2:00 PM-2:50 PM Fee: $125.00 for 12 Classes
SPRINGBOARD DIVING #104 This course will cover the basics of competitive springboard diving: approach, hurdle, take-off, light and entry. Emphasis will be on proper techniques and form. In addition, all ive groups of dives will be taught: forward, back, reverse, inward and twisting. The springboard course will also emphasize competitionlevel dives and techniques used in competition. Saturdays - Beginning December 6th 3 Available Times: 10:00 AM-11:00 AM/1:00 PM-2:00 PM/3:00 PM-4:00 PM Fee: $125.00 for 12 Classes
SENIOR CITIZEN SWIM #106 Lane lines separating fast, medium and slow lanes will be in the pool, as well as a general swim area with no lane lines. Showers, dressing areas and lockers are provided. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday - Beginning December 1st Time: 2:15 PM - 3:00 PM Fee: $75.00 December through July Annual fee $100.00 in the Fall includes Winter, Spring and Summer.
RECERTIFICATION FOR LIFEGUARDING WITH CPR/AED #110

This full course consists of American Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. Fee: $375.00 for 12 Classes Plus a $35.00 Red Cross Certi&ication Participants must complete written testing and practical skill Card Fee and $16.00 ARC Text Fee scenarios to receive certi ication. Bring breathing masks, current certi ications and $19.00 cash for the ARC certi ication cards to the #113 class.
PRESCHOOLERS LEARN TO TO SWIM
This could be a child’s irst swimming experience without a parent. Water orientation is taught with emphasis on kicking, arm pull/breath control, back loat and water safety skills. The course is for children ages 2 to 5 years.
