Istarted on the project3 m onths before m y daughter's birthday,program m ing a Picaxe m icrocontro llerw ith a

speakeron a breadboard,using justenough software to m ake the sequencer's 4 no ises.T hen Iadded 4 sw itch inputs to triggerthe sound s,follow ed by 12 LED blinkies. Ipo rted the tangled breadboard circuit to a neat printed circuit board ,and finally built the w ooden fram e and fit the electro nics.T he finalw iring w as com pleted the night before m y daughter's birthday party.
