, affectionately called "Mom" by most, "Sally" by many, daughter of Daphney Ramsay, was born August 5, 1944 in Port Maria, Jamaica, West Indies. She attended primary school ·>in Port Maria before moving to Kingston at the age of ten, she attended Holy Rosary ·· Ca.tholic School. She immigrated from Jamaica to the United in 1976 with her family. After raising her children a n d w h i:! e r a I s I n g h e r grandchildren, helping with their homework, she made the determination she could, and earned . her High School Equivalency Diploma by returning to night school at Roosevelt High School.
She was united In holy matrimony to Edward Albert Patrick "King" Hibbert in December 12, 1962. This union was blessed with five children; · one son ,;,preceded this union.
