Our inspectors have many years of site based experience enabling us to focus on the standard of workmanship being constructed and we also report on the works for compliance with the design and specifications. These observations are discussed with all relevant parties to assist with setting standards and making the contractor aware of the standard of work or defects. Regular reports are compiled and shared with action points for any remedial action. We can comment on how the project is progressing against agreed contract programmes, whether sufficient labour is being employed and compare these against milestones, depending upon our agreed scope of services for each project.
