This area is my home, I am proud and excited to see the healthy transformation that is taking place in this area. The holidays can be a time of extremes; and the extreme fun plus extreme food can amount to some extreme stress on our bodies. During this season it can be even harder to find time to devote to your health. My advice during this busy time is to embrace simplicity. This may mean cutting back on activities (yes, even healthy ones!) to alleviate a hectic schedule; however, mental health is just as important as physical health!
