SUMMER CAMPS AT THE SALMON CENTER

The Salmon Center is excited to start up our summer camps! These camp opportunities allow kids of all ages to adventure and learn about the natural world around them.

HCSEG’s Explore the Fjord summer The Salmon Center Farm Stewards camp is for Middle School and High Program is available for elementary School students. Explore the Fjord will school students. Help is always appreciated at Farm at Water’s Edge, which is an organic farm located at the Salmon Center. The farm’s CSA program will be starting in spring, and the U-Pick Gardens will soon be ready for harvesting. The gardens are open to the public from dawn to dusk, and all produce is available by donation only!

There are many opportunities to get involved on the farm! To learn more and sign-up for the CSA program, visit pnwsalmoncenter.org/csa.

VOLUNEERING AT THE SALMON CENTER

In August, you can join us on the Union River at the Summer Chum Trap to collect essential monitoring data. There are several habitat clean-up events that will be taking place on the Duckabush Estuary.
