Highland Care Center is pleased to announce that the NYS Department of Health and CMS has set forth a revised guidance on visitation.

Highland Care Center is now open for enhanced visitation. All visits must still adhere to the core principles of infection control and social distancing should be maintained. Visitor should go directly to visitation area. Advanced notice is no longer required. Upon arrival, please screen for temperature and check in at the front desk.

If you do not fell well or been exposed to COVID-19, we respectfully ask that you refrain from visiting.
