COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Boil-in-Bag: 1. Fill a medium pot halfway with water, and heat to 180°F 2. Place frozen package of Pulled BBQ Salmon into water 3. Cook for 19 to 22 minutes at 180°F 4. Allow package to rest for 2 minutes to reach a temperature >165°F before serving Double Boiler: 1. Empty frozen contents of package into a bowl, cover, and allow to thaw overnight 2. Fill a medium stockpot halfway with water, and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat 3. Place thawed Pulled BBQ Salmon into a metal bowl, and place over stockpot 4. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 18 to 20 minutes 5. Stir product every 5 minutes during cooking for best results 6. Serve when product has reached a temperature >165°F Steamed-in-Bag: 1. Fill a 4” hotel pan with 1 to 2 inches of water and place a perforated 2” hotel pan on top 2. Heat uncovered over medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes until steam is produced 3. Place frozen package onto perforated pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil 4. Cook for 22 to 24 minutes 5. Allow package to rest for 2 minutes to reach a temperature >165°F before serving
