Faculty Spotlight

Dr Rundio, a Sport Management professor, co-authored a study on media narratives in women's cycling Decision-makers hesitated to invest without proof of success, while advocates argued success required investment. Media portrayed women as champions while framing governing bodies as resistant to change These insights can improve representation in cycling and sports media Beyond academia, Dr Rundio volunteers with GO FAR, a youth fitness program, and Beyond Sports’ Summer SLAMM Camp, supporting refugee and immigrant children

We invite alumni to complete the form to help recognize their accomplishments and strengthen the Panther network Your experiences and insights guide and inspire students as they navigate their paths in the sports industry Whether you’re shaping the future of sports business, leading game-day operations, or breaking barriers, your journey inspires the next generation of sport leaders Once a Panther, always a Panther!
