CLASSIC Etched Grains, Brilliant Color Within our collection of Classic Colors are the Neutrals, Earth, Radiance, and Woodz lines. In this collection, a single color is applied to the entire surface of the etched metal, allowing the reflectivity of the etching to alter the appearance of tone and hue in the applied color. Classic colors are available in Aluminum, Perforated Aluminum and Corrugated Aluminum, in all our unique grains. Custom colors and color matching are also available.

Company Handcrafted Mรณz grains are a one-of-a-kind product . The play of light, reflectivity, and dimension created by this specialized etching of metal is unlike anything that can be achieved with wallpaper, paint, veneer, or typical laminates.

Mรณz has responded to industry needs by introducing machined grain options, producing the beautiful and unique aesthetic of etched metal while allowing for precise bookmatching layups with barely visible seams.

Móz Designs is fast-approaching our 25th year in business – we’re busier now than we’ve ever been, and we couldn’t be more excited about the projects we’re involved in! Móz began in 1989 with two brothers designing and building distinctive, modern metal furniture in a San Francisco Bay Area garage, and has grown and evolved in countless ways over the past two-and-a-half decades. We now boast a 33,000 square-foot manufacturing facility – housing state-of-the-art equipment expertly operated by some of the finest Technicians and Crafts people to be found around the Bay – creating a plethora of designer metal products that span an impressive range of markets, both domestically and internationally. Our devoted Sales, Administrative, and Management staff indulge in daily inspiration with offices built out in the expansive collections of Móz creations – with our eye-catching designs displayed on unique fixtures, walls and columns, innovative space dividers, and dazzling art pieces everywhere we turn. …all this remarkable splendor, still across the San Francisco Bay where Móz began with our two brother-owners so many years ago. We’ve come a long way from those humble beginnings, and we’re still on the rise, ever onward and upward – no plateaus in sight! From Designer Metal Laminates to Architectural and Aesthetic Column Covers and Wall Panels, from Signature Signage and Branding Products to Exceptional and Unique Art Pieces – Móz continues to offer the Design Community unexpectedly inventive ways to utilize sustainable metals to create the environments of their dreams, while supporting the Contractor Community with simple, practical solutions that merge the project scope with their budgets.

Environmental Statements At Móz Designs we pride ourselves in our commitments to our community and to the world. We employ individuals native to our San Francisco Bay Area home, as well as those from all regions of the world. Our multi-cultural community is the perfect foundation for a wealth of complementary values and ideals to intertwine in a unique blend of creativity and responsibility. The raw materials used for the manufacturing of Móz products are domestically sourced metals purchased from reputable vendors. Móz Metals have an extremely long-lasting installed lifespan, and can be recycled once their useful life in the applied environment has come to an end. As such, Móz Aluminum Products contribute to LEED Credits for Recycled Content, and specific LEED credits vary by product, as well as by region of installation. In 2012, Móz installed an impressive on-site Solar System to power our offices and manufacturing facilities, and now boast sufficient electrical power generation to supply our own power as well as contributing power back to the utilities grid.
