Tragedy to Triumph of Georgiana By Aimee Butterworth
Georgiana’s first tragedy was when she was 16 years of age and her dad David Kennedy got flung from a horse and died. He died at an middling age of 53 years. This changed Georgiana life completely.
They landed in the swan river colony in 1830 but found there wasn’t any space left over from other settlers. There was also to many flies, mosquitos, tics and bugs. They jumped of the warrior and got Into the Emily Tailor down to Flinders Bay.
Finally they landed in Flinders Bay on the Emily Tailor. They had many triumphs and tragedy on the way. Its time to Get of the ship and on to the shore. They left the Bussell brothers in charge of floating to shore.

The Bussell brothers had to get the crew and passengers through the rough swell and safley to shore. They lost a lot of valuables on the way to the shore
Georgiana Molloy was just about to have her first baby so she got the first tent. A tragedy in that was that it was raining . Unfortunately her baby died just after 9 days.
The Bussel brothers set hard to work on getting wood for real house to build some day. The tools that they bought were to week for the strong wood. t

Georgiana Molloy had lots of triumphs in her life I am going to tell you about them.
Georgiana Molloy was one of the first internationally successful female botanist in Western Australia. She started her love of botany when she young with her mother. With all the work she had to do she still found time to love botany.
Some of her letters and diaries have survived over 180 Years, and are now held at the Cumbria Archive centre in Carlisle UK. Her work is also being displayed all over the internet for the whole world to see and the JS Battye Library Perth Western Australia.
Georgiana Molloy’s botanical studies came to life through the vivid images that survived those hard times, but people can now look at them on the internet. There are many different images like her house, the flowers she collected and more.
