01 STUDIO ARKITEKTONISK DESIGN v/ Kristoffer Juhl Beilman

‘Dense housing’ i henhold til Entasis’ masterplan for Carlsbergbyen. Hvordan kan man bo tett, ha nær kontakt med byen udenfor og samtidig bibeholde beboernes behov for en privat sfære?

Strukturen er gennemtrengelig for offentligheden på gadeplan. Herfra sker adkomsten til boligene via trappe og heise fra det indre urbane rum. Alle boliger har udeplads som vender både mod det indre og det ytre, hvor de sociale funktioner er plasseret ind mod kernen, og de private funktioner ud til kanten. Sigtelinjer og forbindelser for fodgengere og cyklister er ivaretaget gennem den permeable struktur.


02 STUDIO THEORY AND HISTORY TRANSLATIONS v/ Jørgen Dehs, Hans Feldthusen & Tom Nielsen På Århus Havn står verden dyreste parkeringkælder på grunden hvor Dorte Mandrups Z-hus skaulle ha blevet opført. Projektet er stoppet, og pladsen står ubenyttet. Hvordan kan situationen udnyttes og stedet laves om til en katalysator for sociale aktiviteter i det omdiskuterede område?

AFGANGSPROJEKT: Border Conditions- Mending Ørestad with seam & embroidery Vejleder: Hans Feldthusen Opgaven tar afsæt i en problemstilling som omhandler hvordan man kan skabe nye forbindelser i et eksisterende område bestående af relativt isolerte ‘objekter’. I projektet udforskes grensen/kanten som middel for at skabe sammenspil mellem utilknyttede tilstande med mål om at forbedre den sociale verdi i det omdiskuterede område.
