The Fair Oaks Ranch (FOR) City Council met in its regular meeting on December 17. Other than the quarterly investment report and consent agenda, Councilwoman Snehal Patel’s motions regarding the adoption of the Citizens Code of Conduct Advisory Committee Charter and related procedural schedule, appointment process and Council training were the main topics. Ten citizens requested that Council approve the motions requested by Councilwoman Patel. Once again, some called for Councilwoman MaryAnne Havard’s resignation and denounced her “repugnant” behavior. Some brought up her email addressed to the Council where she wrote, “I am concerned with the amount of time and effort associated with setting up yet another citizen committee.” Again, someone suggested Mayor Garry Manitzas ask her to resign since she was a “blight on the city”. The motions on the table were: 1. I move to adopt the City of Fair Oaks Ranch Citizens Code of Conduct Advisory Committee Charter. 2. I move to direct staff to proceed with the procedural schedule for the selection of the members for the Citizens Code of Conduct Advisory
