HSC Senior School Prom Guest Registration This year’s Senior School Prom (“Prom” or “event”) will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Hillfield Strathallan College, Hamilton, Ontario. Students are permitted to have non-HSC students attending other high schools accompany them to this event as guests. Guests are required to abide by the HSC Student Code of Conduct and the additional rules and expectations set out in sections one and two of this Google form. The Hillfield Strathallan College Handbook can be viewed at https://issuu.com/hillfieldstrathallan/docs/college_handbook_2019-20_dec18. Any student bringing a guest to this event will be responsible for their guest and their conduct while attending this event. Students are to ensure that the guest and the guest’s parents/guardians have read the HSC Student Code of Conduct and the details, additional rules, and expectations outlined in the paragraph above. The undersigned authorizes the College and any of its representatives to seek medical assistance and/or administer medical aid in the event of any medical emergency or event. By signing this form, you are indicating that you have read, understand, and will abide by the HSC Code of Conduct and additional rules and expectations as outlined in sections one and two of this Google form.. This form must be fully completed, signed and submitted through the Google Registration Form with your registration no later than Thursday, May 26, 2022.
