PAYMENT OPTIONS Below are a number of options to assist with the payment of your HSC account. To ensure your payment is credited to the proper account, you will need your HSC Account Number as your identifier. Your HSC Account Number can be found near the top of your HSC statement above your name and address. Please note this is not your child’s student number.
PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT (PAD)
This is the preferred method of payment for all student accounts. Payment of your HSC Account will be automatically debited from your bank account on a monthly basis. Statements are available online to ensure you are aware of the amount and date of the withdrawal. Please return a completed copy of the PAD Agreement and a void cheque to finance@hsc.on.ca.
ONLINE BANKING
Search for Hillfield through your financial institution. We suggest this method as some financial institutions have HSC as Hillfield-Strathallan, while others have omitted the hyphen and list as Hillfield Strathallan. Follow the prompts from your financial institution on adding a payee. For families with more than one student attending HSC, you only need to set up one account. The payment will be allocated to the multiple student accounts. Please note we do not accept Interac e-Transfers.
CASH, CHEQUE OR DEBIT PLASTIQ
If you wish to pay by cash, cheque, or interact, the Business Office is staffed Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Business Office is located on the first floor of the Strathallan Building (above the Campus Store). HSC has partnered with Plastiq to accept credit card payments. Please go to https://request.plastiq.com/pay-hillfield-strathallan-college and follow the instructions to set-up an account. Please note Plastiq charges users a processing fee which is set by Plastiq.
ALIPAY
For our International Families, tuition payments may be made through Alipay. Families should login to their Alipay account, search for HSC on the Alipay Tuition Payment page, and confirm the required information. Please note Alipay charges transaction fees as per the user’s agreement with Alipay.
WIRE PAYMENT
Wire payments are an option only for funds coming from outside of Canada. Please note we do not accept deposits into our bank account made at a branch of a local Canadian bank.
