ABOUT HILL Hill is an award-winning top 20 UK housebuilder that has been developing homes with bespoke designs across London and the south of England for 20 years. We build in the region of 2,000 homes a year, over half of which are for our clients and partners in the affordable housing sector, including local authorities and housing associations. We pride ourselves on the trusted relationships we hold with our partners and always strive to deliver a high-quality product on time and in full. Our portfolio is diverse, ranging from landmark mixed-use regeneration schemes and large-scale urban extensions, to quality housing in rural communities. 2019 saw us win a string of accolades recognising our hard work and we’re also pleased to have retained our 5 Star HBF customer satisfaction rating for the third year in a row.
