REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that people’s circumstances can change and provide the following alternatives to assist you. Cancellations or transfers (subject to availability) can be arranged, by writing to the Colour Conference Office before 1st February 2013. You are able to transfer your registration (only once) to another person or to the following conference year, at no extra cost. Registrations can be cancelled and refunded for an administration cost of $40 per person. Please note that refunds are not available for transferred registrations. From time to time, there may be a need for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to this policy. If this is the case, please contact our office to discuss this further. GROUP REGISTRATIONS: (1) For delegates that have registered groups of 10 or more adults and have not provided full details of each group member, you must provide those details by the 15 October 2012 or those registrations will be considered invalid.
