THE SOPHIE I hope everyone’s 2019 is off to a great start! Regarding the schedule, we remain on track to complete the building in the 4th Quarter of this year. We have lost a few days to weather, but not many. Regarding the finishes, all the orders for the materials have been placed. We appreciate everyone’s help in finalizing your selections. As many of you know, the building is now far enough along to where you are able to schedule hard hat tours with our dedicated sales agent, Misty Meredith. We are very excited about the progress of the building and we are looking forward to showing you your new home. Please let me know if you have any questions. S A L E S A N D M A R K E T U P D AT E Limited Supply, Increased Demand, & the Importance of Park Location The latest report released last month by Sudhoff Companies tracked the supply and demand of new luxury condominiums in Houston, available for move-in prior to end of the second quarter 2019. Prices continue to increase as new buildings with higher finish levels are introduced and inventory levels shrink against a steady demand. The Sophie Represents the Future of Houston Condos The success of The Sophie underscores the evolving preferences of the city’s condominium buyer. Many buyers are now choosing to live in boutique-sized buildings with fewer residences, but with larger average home sizes and big private terraces.
