Aer I was declared a graduate of the architecture program at the Universitas Islam Indonesia, I started as a freelance architect who helped several areas to build mosques, and I tried to keep myself busy as a curator in the community. My vision in Architecture is that a good design will create a good atmosphere and influence user behavior taking into account the microclimate, mo on comfort, and visual quality of the building. So in my opinion an architecture is one method to build a good civiliza on

Omah Perak Academic: Architectural Studio Project 5 Under: Ariadi Susanto., ST., MT Year: 2016 Location: Kotagede, Yogyakarta

Kotagede is a historical area in the city of Yogyakarta, known as the founding capital of the Islamic Mataram Kingdom, the lives of people who are still close to Javanese culture make Kotagede a living culture until now. Silver commodities as the economic center of the people who are cultivated from generation to generation need to be considered so that they are preserved and become the economic, tourism and cultural potential that Kotagede has. The Cultural Center is designed to answer Kotagede’s architectural challenges and aspires to preserve local silverware as a cultural heritage. Omah Perak was designed as Kotagede’s Cultural Center which aims as a mini living culture of silver. Where the craftsmen and enthusiasts of silver meet, the scale of the Omah Perak building is a place for learning and place for art & culture. All silverware activities from smelting, forging and carving are displayed publicly to show the process from the beginning to the end of making silver handicrafts until the exhibition process. The education here is facilitated by local craftsmen who are facilitated so that the learning process becomes a new educational facility that is packaged in tourism. Adaptation of Local Architecture as a spirit to revive Kotagede’s Architecture which is packaged in a contemporary manner so that contextual times, the use of local materials, components of Local Architecture and elements of Local Architecture are of particular value to the Cultural Center: Omah Perak.

Kampung Deret di Semanggi Surakarta dengan Pendekatan Open Building Academic: Bachelor Final Project Under: Dr. Yulianto P. Prihatmaji., IPM., IAI Year: 2017 Location: Semanggi, Pasar Kliwon, Surakarta

The illegal settlements are now increasingly growing and a problem for every Indonesian city, based on population density and the growing number of migrants to the city to rely on the city. The illegal settlement at the railway railway of Bathara Kresna Pasar Kliwon, Semanggi, Surakarta is a dominant settlement of low-income people (MBR) who occupy railroads. Row Kampong Planning Using Open Building method is a design method that allows openness of collaboration of actors in planning that aims to realize the dwelling for MBR, with the principle of Open Building is tissue, support, fit-out infill. In the case of design this time the tissue played by PT KAI, support by Developer, and fit-out infill by Society. Due to occupying illegal land, the need for a strategy to plan residential construction, knock down system is chosen to be a temporary structure and has a high degree of flexibility in accommodating the needs of villagers who have a lease duration of only 12 years. The result of the design of Kampung Deret building is in the form of residential unit which has 10 types adapted to the needs and conditions of the user. Knock Down structure can be dismantled responding to illegal land use. Integration Kampung Deret in the form of a typical building with Javanese roof house which has several alternatives such as the implementation of the Joglo House, Limasan House, and Kampung House to be the main attraction for the users of Bathara Kresna tourist train that passes on the railroad at this Kampung Deret site.

Thinking Framework.

Issue. Design Strategy.

The thinking framework starts from the background and issue issues, namely there are 2 issues, namely, 1. Low Income Communities 2. Illegal settlements. From each issue it was pursued so that it was interrelated to the needs of “Temporary housing, giving birth to a design strategy in the form of Open Building and Portable Architecture which resulted in a design focus on the intervention of actors and building components, as well as producing residential procurement concepts, building structure concepts and building envelope concepts. 16 | ARCHITECTURAL PORTFOLIO

Yumana Inpatient Care Unit, RSUP Dr. Sardjito Academic: Architectural Studio Project 6 Under: Wisnu Hendrawan Bayuaji., ST., MA Year: 2017 Location: Kawasan Terpadu RSUP Dr Sardjito, Kota Yogyakarta

This studio project is a General Hospital Inpatient Building designed with emphasis on occupant comfort, ease of accessibility, space flexibility, control of building costs, and control of environmental impacts. Yogyakarta with the title as a city of education, culture and tourism has experienced a rapid growth of urban growth which is increasingly widening along with the increasing economic value of urban land resulting in increased land / location needs of strategic value, especially for health service functions. Increasingly limited land and high land prices in cities, especially in Yogyakarta. This condition makes the rationale for hospital owners / managers in the city, that the buildings they occupy must be effective and efficient, because they are located in locations with high economic value (high land prices, easy accessibility, prestigious environment). Interaction, the meaning of a patient’s care place is not only a place for healing patients, but also an opportunity to interact and socialize with other humans, so that snack rooms, cafeterias, flowershop, bakerry, gift shops, communal spaces and others become a necessity in an inpatient installation. Comfortable, an Inpatient Installation must be efficient and effective but must also be comfortable for its users. Staff working in this Inpatient Installation will work in one day and for a long time while still working in this Inpatient Installation. Therefore the work environment must be made pleasant. Flexibility (flexibility), building inpatient installations must be flexible for a variety of possibilities for order and change. With this flexibility, an order can change along with the developments that occur but at the same time hold on to the existing order. Planning an Inpatient Installation to meet the demands of patient needs: Space Design to encourage health service productivity (enhance productivity), Reduce building operating costs (reduce costs), flexible space design and ensure user interaction (flexibility + interaction), Express The Brand and reduce the impact on the environment (reduce environmental impact.)

Semanggi Urban Railscape Academic: Architectural Studio Project 7 Under: Ir. Hastuti Saptorini., MA

Year: 2017 Location: Semanggi, Pasar Kliwon, Surakarta

The bathara kreshna railroad corridor is a land owned by PT KAI which is actually used as green open space which has a special function but now many conditions are overgrown with residential settlements that stand close to railway crossings, considering this is a tourist railway line (casual lane) but the security aspect needs to be considered because of the large number of illegal settlements that grow along the Bathara Kreshna railway. To restore the function of the land, this railroad corridor is designated as RTH specifically for pedestrian development, as well as integrating this corridor as a route that connects various activities in the Semanggi area (activities of household craft centers, cultural activities, Notoharjo used goods market activities)

Tolerance Share House Competition: WEX UGM Year: 2015 Location: Kawasan Terpadu RSUP Dr Sardjito, Kota Yogyakarta Status: Competition Entry

The growth of the world population from year to year will increase. Even this population increase occurs in almost every country. Growth and increase in population is an unavoidable event. As a result of the population growth is the increase in population density where the number of human populations and land area available is the greater the difference. Population growth is not followed by land growth. Land as a place for humans to do everything will not increase. If the density of the population that is outside the reasonable limits occurs, then the carrying capacity of the land will decrease. Not only is the problem of limited land being a concern for human life in the future, there is one big problem that awaits, namely the energy crisis. In today’s modern era humans are increasingly dependent on the use of fossil fuels. Share House is a private residential concept with communal users. That is, occupancy is used to be able to accommodate as many users as possible in the minimum land conditions. Users can be a group of people who have the same characteristics, such as a group of students, a group of factory employees, a group of vegetable traders, who rent a house to be a place to live together, or two or more families on one roof. Therefore, according to its name, Share house or sharing house, the residents share the same space to carry out their activities. The second problem that must be addressed is the limited energy supply. In addition to being able to accommodate large numbers of residents, this residential concept must also be able to meet its own energy needs. To be able to fulfill 100% independently of energy needs it is still very difficult therefore at least 50% of energy needs can be met independently. The utilization of site conditions and the potential that exists to become energy suppliers is also an idea of the concept of housing prepared for this future.

Sayembara Desain Gerbang Tol Solo-Kertosono Competition: PT SOLO NGAWI JAYA Year: 2016 Location: Ruas Solo-Ngawi Status: Competition Entry

The gate design planning project was initiated by PT Solo Ngawi Jaya as a solo toll road business entity, here the designers are confronted with the problems of wide span construction and the characteristic attributes of Javanese architectural elements where the site is located in Surakarta City and ends in Ngawi District. We propose a gate design that interprets elements of local architecture through a metaphor of the shape of a joglo house roof by transforming into dynamic forms to create a futuristic impression and become a visual experience for driver who pass through this gate
