Villa Russiz is a wine maker since 1800 They started a child house development in 1878 Today part of their revenue goes to the child house and many other projects related to the foundation One of them is to build an hospitality schools to support these children For this reason Hilton included 5 of their labels in to the wine lists to support the foundation
Following the summer floods that devastated the provinces of Rimini, Ravenna, and the Apennine region of Forlì Cesena, Hilton was one of the companies that decided to actively participate in relief efforts by sending a dedicated team to the town of Modigliana during the initial phase of the emergency response

The use of biodegradable and compostable napkins at Pagoda Pool Bar and at breakfast in L’Alba will reduce laundry cost, staff and time consuming With the use of bamboo napkins a net saving of about 38% was calculated on the napkin washing only, without calculating the least expenditure of energy of the staff

Jam dispensers at breakfast will impact on consumption reducing the food waste of single portion jars and fresh orange juice available
The menu is focused on locally sourced products some of them are even cultivated in our garden
