It is heartening to note that Hindustan has established several Centres of Excellence and this indeed reflects the growth of the institution and a step towards achieving the status of a Research University. One of the greatest accomplishments this year is the establishment of Hindustan Technology Business Incubator & Hindustan Entrepreneurship & Innovation Centre.
Collaborations with industries such as Yaskawa, Volkswagen to empower the students with skills for employability have been the prime focus this year. In addition, several MOU’s with international institutions such as Yildiz Technical University, Turkey Tomsk Polytechnic University, Russia, Texas Tech University - USA and many more for research, staff and students exchange programmes speaks volumes of the tremendous progress in achieving greater heights as an institution to reckon with in the global arena.
CHANCELLOR Dr. (Mrs.) Elizabeth Verghese

Innovation has nothing to do with how many R & D dollars you have. When Apple came up with the Mac, IBM was spending at least 100 times more on R & D. It’s not about money. It’s about the people you have, how you’re led, and how much you get it. Steve Jobs

Prof. Ar. Uday Gadkari Chairman Board of Advisor ARCHIPIDIA
It gives me immense pleasure in writing this message for the annual magazine HCellence 2015. I have the privilege to be in correspondence with Hindustan University through School of Architecture. I could see the growth and development of the university by taking this department as an example. Number of guest lectures, educational trips, student exchange programs, conference and exhibitions provide how effective the knowledge sharing process progressing in the University. Architecture, as an educational programme, should give freedom of thought and expression to its learners. I am happy to see from the steady intake of students in Hindustan that its name is flying high amidst its equivalents. I take this opportunity to thank staff, students and the authority that stood behind to reach this level of success. I also thank the Alumni of architecture for their contribution to the growth and development of society. I consider this as an honour to thank the authorities once again for successfully completing yet another accomplishment filled year. Treading the path laid by the late Founder Chairman and making his vision come true ‘To make every man a success and no man a failure’. Congratulations Hcellence 2015 team!
