ALENY LOCALS, Edden and Maddie, are jumping into the specialty coffee scene with the opening of Peony Espresso. Formally known as The Coffee Shack On Maple, Peony Espresso is a cosy little shack made from recycled pallets. The shop is situated in the heart of Maleny at the entrance of Maleny Lane. If you haven’t visited The Lane yet now is the time! Maleny Lane is dog, bike and kid-friendly, with incredible breakfast and lunch options from around the world. The girls are passionate about bringing you the best coffee roasted by Single O and aren’t just a turn-em-and-burn-em coffee churnin’ shop. Along with the best service, their house blend Paradox is “balanced like a Buddhist monk” with ripe berry notes, hints of spice and a bittersweet chocolate finish, you seriously can’t go wrong! The girls will be serving an array of coffee your way as well as killer cold brew, honey soaked
