Note from HHN CEO

Protect Your Music From the early conception a song, one might say "Boy is that a great song" Yes, this a phrase echoed over and over before an artist or artist/ songwriter take the initiative to do something about it, most don't know where to begin. My suggestion is to begin at protecting your material. Just note that it is said Poor Man's copyright does not work and it does not stand up in court. Many say it's a waist of time and money. There are two common steps to a Poor man's copyright The first step is to use a notary public to verify your signature against your legal identification. The notary public then sign, date and stamp the materials as proof of verification that you used there services on that exact date and time, this I consider exhibit (A). The second step of the process is to use registered dated mail via the postal service, to date your intellectual property, this method, also, helps to establish that the material is yours and has been in one's possession since a particular time exhibit (B). The newly added technique of the process in light of digital technology, is to send it via email to yourself again establishing a registered time and date of the email. The three concepts are based on the notion that, in the event that your intellectual properties were was stolen or misused by a third party, the poor-man's copyright could at least establish a legally recognized date and time of possession before any third party possessed it. Although, theoretically, you are the owner of the song by conception. Unfortunately, evidence is necessary in order to establish legal ownership. Nevertheless, The proper and legal protocol is to register your copyright with the library Of Congress. First step is to File the Performing Arts (PA) form. Then the (SA) form, once the Sound Recording is complete. The filing of a Copyright is quite an extensive process and each step is extremely critical. It is advised that you seek qualified consultation to assist you through the process, by doing so it could help you avoid rejection of the form and delays in your copyright. Hip Hop National was born on this very premise to provide you with necessary resources to help you make music, make money as well as to teach you, how to take your music from the studio to the bank. Florence Henderson of “The Brady Bunch,” after capturing our hearts on last season's Dancing with the Stars, talks about HOW TO HAVE A FULFILLING & ACTIVE Lifestyle.

ABC's Secret Millionaire reality show, Dani Johnson. Her new book, "First Steps to Wealth empowering and equipping them with the knowledge and skill to achieve the impossible is FREE! Actor/Comedian DeRay Davis lit up the screen in Dallas’ Bishop T. D. Jake’s production “Jumping the Broom.” The box office success brought a collision of worlds when two AfricanAmerican families from divergent socioeconomic backgrounds get together one weekend in Martha's Vineyard for a wedding. In my upcoming interview with DeRay Davis, he talks to me about his comedy, sold-out audience in New York’s Times Square and his most hilarious performance to-date.

Valder talks with world renowned SUPERMARKET GURU PHIL LEMPERT to find out What Are We Eating? CHEF GEORGE DURAN joins the interview to share how to cook up a tasty meal. Phil Lempert is famous for predicting consumer trends almost before the stores open. At the same time, Chef George Duran, host of Food Network shows is known for providing his own comedic “twist” on the foods that Americans are eating. They also discuss MacDonald’s recent move to providing better Kids Meals!

Financial Editor for NBC Today Show, Jean Chatzky talks to Valder about children born during this current recession are known as “Recession Babies” and about the estimated quarter-million dollars it will take to raise them to age eighteen. This amount does not include a college education. Jean is an award -winning journalist and best-selling author, a contributing editor for More Magazine and a columnist for The New York Daily News. She blogs daily at www.jeanchatzky.com.

Fox film "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" directed by Director Rupert Wyatt, features cutting-edge technology from the team behind “Avatar” and “Lord of the Rings.” In an upcoming interview Jamie Harris (He is the youngest son of renowned actor Richard Harris) is cast as Rodney. I have the privilege to delve into a 21st Century classic remake with a planned in-depth interview with a Harris, a main character. For a new generation the movie brings Will Rodman (James Franco), working on a cure for Alzheimer's by performing tests on apes. The first test subject is a chimpanzee, named Caesar (Andy Serkis, was Gollum in Lord of The Rings), whose parents had been captured in Africa. Rodman's "cure" genetically modifies Caesar's way of thinking to create a new breed of ape with human-like intelligence.

WOLFGANG PUCK talks with Valder about his new restaurant Five Sixty in Dallas and his newest product: Organic Iced Coffee. His new low-calorie, organic, cold-brewed bottled iced coffee. Wolfgang tells Valder “Ethiopians drink lots of coffee, my wife Gelila Assefa (handbag designer and mother of his two young sons) is Ethiopian so I know firsthand.” His Iced coffee was also inspired by his famous desserts and crème brulee – a healthy alternative for those who love their iced coffee on the go and a great way to cool down in the summer heat. Wolfgang has changed the way Americans cook and eat by mixing formal French techniques and Asian- and California-influenced aesthetics with the highest quality ingredients. He also has changed the face of dining in cities throughout the nation, first in Los Angeles, then in Las Vegas, where he was the first star chef to create a contemporary fine dining restaurant, paving the way for other celebrated chefs and the city's metamorphosis into a dining destination. His award-winning restaurants include Spago (Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Maui and Beaver Creek); the critically acclaimed CUT (Beverly Hills, Las Vegas and Singapore); Chinois (Santa Monica); Postrio Bar & Grill (Las Vegas); Trattoria del Lupo (Las Vegas); Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill (Las Vegas and Los Angeles); Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria & Cucina (Las Vegas); Wolfgang Puck American Grille (Atlantic City); Wolfgang Puck Grille (Detroit); The Source by Wolfgang Puck (Washington, DC); Five Sixty (Dallas, TX) and WP24 by Wolfgang Puck (Los Angeles). Opening this summer, CUT at 45 Park Lane, London. In October 2011, when the historic Hotel Bel-Air re-opens, Puck will oversee all of the food & beverage operations including a new restaurant called Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air.

National Geographic Channel (nationalgeographic.com) riveting series Locked Up Abroad: Backstabbed in Thailand new show features Lisa Taylor. I spoke to Lisa as her interview request arrived at the Valder Beebe Show titled; From Drug Smuggler to Minister – Being Locked Up in a Thai Prison changed her life. Lisa Taylor invited her cousin’s girlfriend Kim (who was facing an impending manslaughter trial) to join her on a “vacation” to Thailand, claiming it would be a quick trip to pick up nail products for her new business. But the real plan was smuggling heroin back to the U.S. Kim agrees to help her friend smuggle the heroin back to the U.S, but the two are caught by customs and sentenced to life in a brutal Thai prison. Lisa has always had a strong faith yet a wrong decision in her life ‘changed the way she looked at things.” This is a must hear interview.

LINDA NGO Who are you? *I’m Linda Ngo, a woman of God, a Mogul and a Mom! Lol! ( Ngo is pronounced as “ N o ” ) What is your business mission? * My mission is to be the 1st Vietnamese Mogul! Lol!! I want to be the “Jill of all trades” in the world of Entertainment, Fashion, Marketing, Branding and Mentoring. With that being said, I’m constantly learning new crafts on a daily, so that I can educate myself on multiple platforms in order to produce various ways to accommodate our forever growing generation. Therefore, when it comes to mentoring our youth, I’m able to understand their language! LOL! What is your personal mission? * To be the best person I can be, win “Mommy of the Year Award,” (lol) be the best mogul around, while allowing God to get the glory out everything I do and stand for. I want to be in a position to continue to bless others in a way that leaves a positive and lasting impact on people’s l i v e s . Do you have a mentor? * To be honest, there are only a few people I hold dear to my heart, but as far as mentors or role models, I’ve observed society enough to be able to pick and choose what I want to take from it…the good, the bad and everything in b e t w e e n . l o l What is your secret to keep you motivated? * Oooohhh..that’s a tough one…hmmm…I guess if I hand to give up one secret, lol, I’d have to say the trips my kids and I take down to the homeless shelters and reflecting on all the times that we spend downtown with the less fortunate. Every time we go there, we take our time to listen to stories from some of the homeless people and it teaches us how to remain humble and appreciative. Then, on top of all that, I actually give my number to some of them and they call and check in, as well as, UP ON ME! How crazy huh? It’s truly a blessing and a priceless feeling t h o u g h . What are your goals for 2011? *Wow.. goals for 2011…to have Ngo Limit to be known as a BRAND that brings inspirations, motivations and positivity to any arena that we are blessed to be a part of. I also want to launch my personal line called MOGUL ( stands for Manager of God’s Unlimited Love) which will include a jewelry line, clothing line, magazine and multiple media productions. More importantly, I want to be able to produce more success stories, testimonies and

open doors that have never been opened before for people who are overlooked, yet extremely talented and qualified! How do you maintain a balanced life? *Balanced Life? Is that in the dictionary? Lol... That must be a trick question..lol… seriously... A balanced life is to know what you want out of life and what brings you joy. If you can organize your needs and separate them from your desires, then it makes life a little easier to maintain. I’m a woman of God first, mother next and everything else follows. Soooooo I work hard when I’m working and make the necessary sacrifices to be able to put my kids first! If I can’t make it work around my kids, I just don’t do it and honestly, to be able to be there for my family and friends when they need me helps me maintain a balanced life. What is your favorite book? *I would have to say my favorite book is, “May I have your order please?” by Pastor Rickie G. Rush. This book helped me understand the simplicity side of God and the power of prayers. How do you motivate others? * Motivating others is something that I have to give God credit for. I use my experiences that I’ve gained in my life through trials and tribulations to find the positive, or the God in every situation. While be around others, I motivate with actions and leading by examples, yet I listen and not judge, therefore motivating without trying to motivate, allows me to be genuine, sincere and REAL. What is your charity of choice? * Not to be funny or arrogant, but the charity of my choice would have to be God’s Level of Wisdom. GLOW gives back to a variety of organizations, groups and people. I love being able to help whoever needs help without being restricted to just one cause and I feel that if God has allowed me to reach whoever crosses my path, then there should be “Ngo Limit” to whom I give back too. How did you discover your passion? * Without sounding like a broken record, I’d have to say God did it AGAIN! Lol…I think when I evaluated my life and realized that I had experienced more pain and hurt than joy and happiness in such a short amount of time, I didn’t want to see another person go through what I had to go through or felt what I have felt. I give the credit to God because I know now, that He allowed me to go through those storms because He knew I’d survive and in turn, allowed it to add to my character and then utilize it as compassion for o t h e r s . If you didn’t choose to live your life on purpose, what would you be doing? *Choosing to live a life without purpose or

on purpose wouldn’t be an option, living without purpose is not living at all… I’d probably be lost and naïve to all the w o r l d l y t h i n g s … What is your greatest fear? *My greatest fear would have to be…. failing God and my children.. Of what are you most proud? *I’m most proud of the fact that I have been able to be who I am today without jeopardizing my morals and ethic or losing respect for myself. I am extremely proud that I’ve been able to brand a company that has not had any negative repercussions or negative complaints, yet stands for something Positive! Are there any goals or dreams you have yet to fulfill? *There will always be goals and dreams that are yet to be fulfilled because life is about growth, so when I accomplish one goal or dream, then there’s always going to be another and another and another! Lol! There’s always room for improvement and change.. How would a good friend describe you? *I’ve actually asked some of them..lol… and they had wayyyyy too much fun answering that question! Some said I had a seventh sense, that I had a great intuition, others have said, honest, sincere, charitable, “Christ-like,” determined, intelligent. Now.. ALL of them agreed that I was also, Goofy, silly, funny, stupid (in a crazy way) but, down to earth! Lol!! So I guess you can say that I’m versatile! I just love to laugh and make others laugh with me..even if it’s at me at TIMES!! !Lol!!

NGO LIMIT www.Ngolimit.com www.Facebook.com/NgoLimitInc (also Ngo Limit II )

How do you work under pressure? *I always love a good challenge, so I work great under pressure!! How do you feel about delegating? *Ooohhh delegating…I’m ok with it, but not the best, lol. I delegate, but then I always follow up! That must be a bad thing huh? lol How would you describe your team? *My team is more than a team. They are my core and are like family to me. They work hard without having to be asked and strive for their own personal best. I couldn’t ask for a better team, a team of TRUE friends, True support aka True Family! Anything more you wish to share with our readers? *That’s the trick question for sure! Lol! There’s ton to share, but you’ll have to wait for the book! Lol! Just know that no matter what has happened in your life, it’s not worth allowing the negativity rape your current or your future. I’m in such a state of joy and peace right now that I understand how to deal and overcome life’s obstacles. Don’t get me wrong now, I have my days, but I also have to tell myself, troubles don’t last always!! I am a woman of many hats and I’m not stopping there, there are Ngo Limits when it comes to me and where I’m headed! God is love and He is Great, so Live, Love, Laugh and press Repeat! Be blessed everyone!!

SAYSHA J aka SPITFYA B o r n December 16, 1985 in St. Petersburg, FL. Carsasha Jordan got her humble but yet p o w e r f u l beginnings at the age of seven. As a little girl with a big voice singing in her church choir, and growing up at age 13 she discovered her gift of writing. It was her love of R&B music, this encouraged her to pursue her musical dreams. As life's valuable lessons taught Saysha J she quickly to become a lady growing up in the inner city of St. Petersburg, gave her the tools for her edgy lyrics that she raps about. Her skills began to advance quickly, and with her strong lyrics they reflected a young lady who has developed a tremendous voice that can speak out for the ladies, the homies, and followers. SAYSHA J really puts her heart and soul into her musical craft. Music means more than just words to this artist as she expresses her way of life and all her experiences as she writes. Currently SAYSHA J is a student at St Petersburg College where her general interests are within communications. This triple threat is entertaining thousands throughout the world as she captures their minds with meaningful lyrics via Twitter, Facebook, Myspace. Many social sites recognizes her talent and help spread her name sharing her work with friends and others. Her voice screams words of hip hop amongst her loyal followers, and calls out the rawness of street music when she raps. SAYSHA J is making a name for herself in the USA and abroad generating great music. Those who attend her club packed performances are astonished by her gift to sing as well. She is the new face, and a new sound, for female rappers in hip hop, and she is considered one of the best by her peers and throughout the country. P I T B O S S God grounded, Dallas-raised, and as trill as they c om e , PIT BOSS has been writing music since 13 years old. His p a r t n e r , Alfonso Mejia (RIP), and he were scheduled to release their first album at the young age of 15 but with the tragic drowning death of his partner the album was never released. After that experience PIT BOSS changed directions and chose to pursue a career in sports. At Lakeview Centennial High in Garland, TX he became one of the top running backs in the state of TX 1995-1996. As a Texas Scholar and a Blue Chip recruit he was offered full ride football scholarships to most NCAA universities. After the birth of his first child, Jamelyn Tyreece Brown, II, at 17 years old he chose to give up his football career to support his family. Over the next 10 years he gained experience in corporate management and at times resorted to the street life and hustling. Through the pain and experiences he suffered while on the streets and in prison he rediscovered his love for God and music. Now PIT BOSS seeks to reach those with similar or worst life experiences and struggles through his music to show that one can rise from the ashes to succeed at life. After the release of his first mixtape, "Money Mission" he continues his mission of helping others with the much anticipated single release of "Do It Big". PIT BOSS' music is inarguably the most trill and hard hitting thing in hip-hop today. Through his independent record label, "Cash Guerilla Records, LLC" he continues his success while helping other artists achieve their dreams. Besides being a successful rap artist he also writes and produces R&B music, hooks and more. PIT BOSS is ambitious and aggressive but remains humble by remembering where he has come from. matic personality that literally shines throughout her delivery, it’s impossible not to feel her intent. “I love the energy of the audience,” she admits saying that her “first and foremost love is performing live.” Temmora’s natural talent was God’s gift from her mother at birth. It developed early under the guidance of her mother, who was also a singer and knew the value of total commitment and discipline. By age three, Temmora was in ballet classes, followed by modern dance and jazz improvisation, giving her the grace and confidence to express her inner most feeling kinetically and the growth that comes with creative freedom. As an adolescent, Temmora took vocal lessons in jazz and opera mastering the vocal essentials-clarity, interpretation, phrasing, and breath control. But, Temmora did more than sing. She listened — listened intently, under the tutelage of her manager, to all forms of music from rock, folk and country to blues and soul. That’s why so many influences are expressed so clearly in Temmora’s vocal tone, texture, and delivery - touches of Phyllis Hyman, Anita Baker, Toni Braxton, Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige, Bonnie Raitt, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, and Nina Simone.

TEMMORA Temmora is a natural. You might say she was born to sing - her voice a superb instrument; her performance totally in sync with the song’s message and emotion. Choosing not to take her gift for granted, however, Temmora has spent her short, focused lifetime in pursuing perfection in the form, style and delivery of musical excellence. It is an appreciation for the song and its purpose that fuels Temmora’s dedication. The melody of the chorus, the tone of the instruments, the pathos of the message, the dynamics of the arrangements, the soul of the story, all give substance to the passion she transmits through a song’s delivery. “I want people to feel something with my music,” she confesses after bearing her heart in a song of raw emotional pain that turns to tenderness, letting the listener know she has a maturity far beyond her years. Temmora is a visual artist. With a charis-

After a lifetime of preparation, when she finally felt ready to pursue her career with professional integrity, Temmora’s primary source of motivation and inspiration was taken from her. After the death of her mother, Temmora relied on the resources of strength and faith she had modeled for her, Temmora learned the emotional depth necessary to convey a song where it truly communicates body, heart, spirit and soul, and the satisfaction that comes from giving your best to bring joy to others. Temmora has emerged from her heartache a better songtress than she once thought possible and an impressive songwriter with honest true-to-life lyrics, as well as a collaborative producer tuned to the pulse of her peers. Always an unconventional student of the arts with a diverse training and repertoire, Temmora possesses a rare openness and freshness that merges musical styles and bends cultural barriers. Her forthright and vibrant perception of a chaotic world in continuing transition gives her engaging blend of urban contemporary, with hip-hop/ pop punctuation, more accessibility than much of today’s R&B. On the whole Temmora is the voice of a new generation, a world-class act with a massive career ahead of her. LEARN MORE ABOUT TEMMORA http://www.myspace.com/temmora

Singer, Rapper, Songwriter, C Perkins Craig Anthony Perkins was born on October 8, 1993, in New Orleans, Louisiana. In late 2005, Perkins traveled the east coast with his family to live in Stamford, CT. He loved sharing his passion of singing with his new found peers. Perkins enjoyed singing in church and school choirs alike. Perkins began to express through his individualistic lyrics his life experiences. Perkins and his family returned to New Orleans in July of 2008 when he began downloading a program called Sony Acid Pro. A year later he learned that Michael Bivins from New Edition was hosting a talent search at a local New Orleans club named HUSH. He auditioned against hundreds; Perkins was chosen to perform all the way until the final act. Though only one finalist could be chosen, Perkins did not let that stop him. To fully Engage in understanding the Power of Abundance Everything you do is for the purpose of gaining abundance. Living in abundance is not selfish; it is a part of your journey on earth. You are here living in the physical to master the qualities that are needed to thrive in abundance. And shelter, food and security are a necessary part of your journey. Many give up on creating abundance and learn to live a life below the radar of fulfillment, because what they desire to produce does not appear. Let’s explore the process of abundance. You are constantly producing in your life with every thought that you chronically think and with every action that is inspired by thought. So when you are thinking that an endeavor will not work out or you are entertaining other negative thoughts, you are producing unintentional results of a negative outcome that you have dictated with those negative thoughts. Now abundance is a GOD principle of thinking about the joy you are experiencing with that thing, place or person in your life. (The added bonus is you do not have to physically experience what you are joyous about; you can simply feel the joy in your mind, body and spirit and produce the desired results.) The longer you hold your thought in an authentic positive manner and the more you are in touch with your feelings as you think that thought, the easier and speedier the thought materializes just as you intended. This is not presto and magic. This is using what every person has been given as a birthright: the power to create by choosing positive thought. To fully engage in understanding the power of abundance, I can share with you that for several years I have sought to interview the best metaphysicians, healers, authors, faith speakers and those who live a life of joy and fulfillment, all to learn more of what I desire to produce in my life, abundance. Recently, I interviewed for the Valder Beebe Show, Joe Vitale, author and metaphysician featured on the movie The Secret. We spoke concerning his new book, The Awakening Course: The Secret To Solving All Problems. After reading it completely, I highly recommend The Awakening Course. I have found Joe Vitale to be an authentic soul teacher, and The Awakening Course will do what its title states: it will awaken you.

“"Da Street Life" Street Life has change the world People don't care for what they use to care for Da word NI@@a use to be a hurting name Now Blacks are accepting, of what they use to be ashamed But as long as U are a Brother U can call one another If U are not they'll fight for each other Unity has also changed prejudice in personal ways Whites are doing the dances of da Blacks Now everyone is saying that Black is all right This is the sort of things in the streets we deal with It's the age of today and it's for real! Street Life is a world of choice When U have to scream out at the top of your voice To let people know that U might starve That you're not even on welfare and without a job Society has forgotten about U They leave nothing else for U to do So U buy your self a gun turn into a thief U run to da store for quick relief You're desperate for money to feed your kid Then U pray to God for what U have did Street Life is truely for real Nothing can help the way U feel Your life has metaphored into depression Insecurity and no protection U use to be able to walk the streets at nights Now U either get mugged or you're in a fight Your friends are living, In heavy drug dealing Or they're out in the streets in the streets on a spree of stealing And this is the sort of things in the streets we deal with It's the age of today and it's for real!
