This is your opportunity to propel your breeding program and ranch to the top of the breed. Once one of the most successful cattle breeders was heard saying, “If I didn’t raise the Champion, I would buy it.” This breeder never had any problem staying at the top of the breed or selling his animals for much more than the other breeders. You cannot only use the genetics to put your program at the top, but as a new owner of a champion you can use it to help you market your ranch and breeding program.

Cox Excalibur is entering its 42nd year of breeding Red Brangus and its genetics are used and recognized in 17 countries, with many repeat customers. Donors and daughters of the Great CX Home Run 135/P who’s 1 straw of semen sold in the VIlla-CX Advantage Sale in October for $5250. will be available for the buyer of this lot. Also in the herd are many CX Legends Dream 610/ U1 the 3-time Sire of the Year along with siring many Grand Champion Bulls and females. The cow families that are represented heavily in the CX herd are the 59 Cow family, well known for topping many sales over the last few years and averaging over $19,000. Also, cow families heavily represented are the 314,23,71,957,31,177, and the 424 families. With this being the 30th Genetic Edge Sale since we started it, I wanted to be able to offer the BEST CX has to offer. If you’re building your herd through IVF or just wanting to add a Proven DONOR Cow to your herd to propel you to the top, or produce the next Grand Champion, don’t miss out on this lot. I had one breeder ask me if I thought it would be good to do a syndicate on buying this PICK LOT, and if that’s what it takes for you to pick and own the best female out of the Cox Excalibur Herd, then the answer yes.
I was once told don’t put off what you should do today until tomorrow, because none of us knows if we will be here tomorrow. I have always said if I make it to the 30th Genetic Edge Sale, I want to do something special. This is as good as it gets from CX.
ALSO, the buyer of this lot will get 1 straw of semen from CX Home Run 135/P, and 1 straw of semen from CX Legends Dream 610/U1, both Bulls are currently selling for $5,000.00 a straw. Just think what would a few calves out of either one of these bulls would bring, or what would an IVF flush out of your pick of the CX Female herd with one of these bulls be worth to your program?
If buyer were to select one of these donors, they will get 100% possession and 50% embryo interest on 59Y, 957/B and 59/E1. All other females in the CX herd will be 100% possession and 100% embryo interest. Cox Excalibur retains right to get 10 embryos out of buyer selected female.
Proven donor averaging over $6,000 on 6 calves and sold for $29,000 to GKB in the Wiley sale.
Our $100,000 choice with Cirlce F at the GKB Sale. Gives you a double shot of the great 313A.
Outstanding Never Surrender daughter. These will be super fancy with huge numbers.
Our choice at Cavender’s for $36,000, this mating stacks Growth and Carcass.
Our $26,000 purchase of this Empower daughter from Chimney Rock is still exciting. Calves should be fancy with plenty of bone and body.
This good female has already produced a $66,000 female by Sho Time and has a really good Perfect Fit daughter at side now. Proven genetics.
All In is certainly one of if not the most talked about bulls in the breed today. This $210,000 son of the breed matron 313A is destined to be an impact bull for Brangus. His combination of genetic merit with a striking appearance makes him one of the most sought after genetic breeding pieces today. As mentioned, a son of 313A, a female that has contributed as much as any female to the breed in recent years. She is also the dam of Sho Time, Sho Boat, Sho Nuff and Final Time with daughters like the $36,000 313F, the $30,000 313H28 just to name a few. She has gererated over $400,000 in revenue just for ACE. All In’s sire Center Section is widely praised for his ability to push Growth and Carcass and but still manages a very respectable BW and CED. All In promises to be a bull for the future with his semen averaging over $14,000 per unit at the GKB Sale in December and 10 embryos sired by All In demanded $2,500 each at the Wiley Sale in February. You can see we mated him to some of the most current and progressive leaning genetic females in the breed for your selection. Genetics will be limited on this great herd sire so take advantage of this opportunity to own pregnancies by arguably the most marketable and sought after herd sire in the breed.
We purchased this good Oracle daughter for $32,500 from Chimney Rock and she has already produced a $6,750 Sho Time son for us that sold as a yearling.
A own daughter of 5051, the start of the 406 cow family and queen of marbling, this combination of both the 313 and 406 families is really unique. Notice the huge IMF numbers here.
Could be the best of the M model calves at QVF. Super stout with numbers out of the $37,000 Growth Fund daughter from Cavender’s.
Purchased from Lake Majestik, we knew we had to flush this good Signal daughter. She has a really good Sho Time bull calf on feed now and a Final Time daughter that is special.

It’s no secret that the cattle with the BWCC prefix offer value and specifically those that trace back to the New Mexico State project. In Lake Park, Georgia, Mike Coggins maximized the potential of those NMSU by pairing them with sires like Elegido who ironically trace back to another famous NMSU cow, the massively influential 924 cow. The proven donor is a maternal giant and frankly that is too humble. It’s cows like this that have made the Brangus breed successful over 75 years, her top 1% ranking for Bred Back, Number Calves and Fertility Index make her a rare find. Those maternal traits paired with top 30% IMF and a stunning phenotype make her a can’t miss opportunity in this years Genetic Edge Sale. Maternal ultrablack sisters carry the 62 brand and are in high demand in the rare instance they are offered to the public. An outcross who is maternally focused like this one is the kind you can use to make any young sire famous. If you’re looking to build your cow base, here is a prime investment opportunity that can shape your programs for generations. She is 7 months bred. AI’d to Center Section 7F7 as of 7/2/24. NS to Longmire 1062H12 from 7/25/24 to 8/15/24. Confirmed bred to AI. Selling 100% possession and 100% embryo interest. Seller does retain the right to two successful flushes in the future that produces at least 6 transferable embryos.

It’s been said that Red Velvet 204D is rewriting Red Brangus history and for those who disagree let me make my case. She is among the highest valued females to ever pass through a sale ring commanding $58,000 for 50% interest in the 2023 Red Alliance Sale. In 2022, her Cortez daughter 204J4 was named International Grand Champion Female at HLSR. In 2023 a flushmate sister to 204J4, 204J8 was named International Grand Champion Female at HLSR. In the 2023-2024 show season 204D was crowned show dam of the year. Then again in 2024, her TX Home run 76/D daughter, Tajo Velvita 204K6, was named International Grand Champion Female at HLSR. Later in the spring of 2024 after earning 2023-2024 show heifer of the year honors, we offered a flush on Velvita that dropped the gavel at $30,000. If you want to move your Red Brangus program to a new level in a single generation then here is your chance to invest in a can’t miss opportunity to plenty of upside.
Tajo Ranch guarantees a minimum of 8 transferable embryos (grade 1 and 2) with no cap to be performed at an OPU collection facility within the state of Texas. Buyer assumes all cost associated with OPU procedure, semen, storage and shipping. Sexed semen or reverse sorting of semen voids the guarantee of 8 embryos.
Talks about offering a lot in this elite sale started last year and we are excited to be able to bring you an opportunity to get in on genetics from an elite set of females that have a world of future ahead of them. We have worked hard over the past few years assembling a set of females for the Donor pen that would rival any program and here is your chance to tap into that.

The heifer calf at side coming from Cross F Cattle that had all the hype at Cavender’s Spring 2022 sale and commanded a price of $18,500 is living up to that hype. She’s phenotypically as pleasing as you’ll find and a big-time producer just as her dam has been for the Fuller’s and Gary Wente. Averaging 20 Grade 1 Embryo on 3 flushes and breeding back immediately after to raise a calf of her own each season. She hasn’t missed yet with matings to Admiral, Ultimate, Big Lake, and Powerpack. Her first heifer to market, sired By Big Lake, commanded $10,000. She just started writing her story and it’s going to be a big one.
SF MISS ABSTRACT 40L52 was our selection at the G+ November 2024 sale as the high selling bred female and fun fact of the one responsible in making Abstract cross the $1 Million mark in progeny sales. We not only have nicknamed her the $1 Million cow for that but is one that is worthy of it for herself alone. Long sided, big boned, and brood cow written all over her. Sired by Abstract, Mr. Consistent, and out of a tremendous Three D female from the Schimdt 40 cow family program, the guess work is taken out here. She also settled AI and has a solid Triple Crown bull calf at side that she is doing a tremendous job raising with the perfect udder design. .
MS DMR GROWTH FUND 222L4 is one easily remembered as she caused quite the stir at the first CDP sale held at Draggin’ M who sold at side her powerful Empire dam for a final price of $21,000. We had a vision this heifer was going to be special, and she did not disappoint. Top of the Breed EPDs for growth, carcass, and maternal and she backed it up on actual performance as well. Big Boned, standing on a solid foot, with as much mass and volume as you could ask for in one. She settled to AI on the first round and now has a stout, fancy Top Gun heifer at side that is going to be one to keep an eye on.
CB MS FREIGHTLINER 60L14 had many friends this past November at Cavender’s and we were fortunate to land her when the dust settled at $24,000 to mark the high selling bred female for what was a record day. A super complete, thick made female with huge spring of rib and squared hip, this is the type we were looking to add to our program to continue taking it to the next level. She carries it all on paper too with a balanced set of EPDs for calving ease, growth, carcass and maternal. The 60 cow family needs no introduction as we’ve seen the impact its made and continues making across the breed and this one will be no different.
The Choice won’t be easy on this but you can’t go wrong with any of them, Here is the opportunity to have a herd changing moment!
Selling an IVF flush, guaranteeing a minimum of 10 embryos.

You simply cannot write the history of Brangus without including the $120,000 RBM Ms Special Forces 313A and the long lasting impact her progeny will make on this breed for generations to come.
Most recently, GKB All In of Ace 313L is her highest selling son that sold for $210,000 at Quail Valley Farms and whose semen averages over $14,000/straw. His impact is yet to be seen but needless to say, he’s on everyones radar. When he was offered for sale, everyone was in the room ready to make a move to purchase this future standout in the breed. His full brothers; Sho Boat, Sho Time and Sho Nuff are a trio of full brothers sired by BWCC Center Section 7F7 and have already seen heavy use across several programs. This past fall Grassy Lake offered a full sister to All In, BWCC Ms Wide Center 313H28. She has no shortage of suitors and sold for $30,000 to Quail Valley in their online sale.
313A is no stranger to the sale ring here at Genetic Edge, in 2023 her Rugby daughter 313F commanded $39,000 to MidSouth Cattle Company and David Burke. Subsequently a flush was sold on that female that went on to produce a Frontline daughter who led off the inaugural GKB Brangus sale this past December with a valuation of $100,000. In 2024, Genetic Partners offered the choice of their ET calf crop, GKB won the bid at $20,000 and went on to select 4 full sisters sired by GKB Perfect Storm out of the 313A donor. Finally, Saddle Hill is no stranger to the value of 313A either, they raised and sold a SAV Resource son; SHCC Natural Resources 313J6, for $75,000 to Grassy Lake in 2022. There in Elba, Alabama walks the great BWCC Ms McQueen 313G2, the full sister to the $100,000 BWCC Final Time 313H2. She produced a pair of heifers that collectively brought nearly $85,000 in the June 2024 Quail Valley Sale. If you haven’t already, now is the time to strike, get a piece of RBM Ms Special Forces 313A with this opportunity to flush one of the greatest Brangus cows in production today.
Selling 1 IVF aspiration, Genetic Partners guarantees a minimum of 8 transferable embryos (grade 1 and 2) with no cap. Buyer assumes all cost associated with OPU procedure, semen, storage and shipping. In the event the minimum embryos are not retrieved the buyer will have the opportunity to IVF the female again at their expense and to the sire of their choice to reach the guaranteed 8. Any embryos collected in excess of the guaranteed 8 on the second IVF will go to the seller. However, the purchaser of the flush will have the first right of refusal to purchase those embryos should the seller decides to sell.

This is a lifetime opportunity for any breeder that wants to be on the cutting edge of the Red Brangus world. That’s the only collection available until our next MBJ TRIO POWER OF THE BRANDS SALE, and the owner will join us in the great future her genetics have to offer for the Red Brangus breed.

The flush will be available immediately after the sale and offers a guarantee of 8 embryos, up to a maximum of 12 embryos with unsexed semen. Flush, semen, and shipping expenses for up to 12 embryos are the responsibility of the buyer. After 12 embryos, the cost of producing and the ownership of embryos will be the responsibility and property of the owner. See full Terms & Conditions.

Flush the Grand Champion Red Brangus female of the San Antonio Livestock Show. 916L UR CRIMSON DARLA is the first Red Brangus Female from the 129 cow family. The 129 cow family is highly regarded in the Black Brangus breed.
129G LR RED TAPE, her Sire, is a first generation Red Brangus Bull, with the best EPDS of any red bull in the breed, bred by Wiley Ranch. Her DAM, 916D3 OB DARLA, is one of our donor cows bred and raised by Marcos Borges at OB RANCH. When we purchased this dam, I asked Marcos to come and take a look at her. In Marcos fashion he knew her entire family tree and expressed the greatness of the 916 cow family. This female is stacked on both sides of her pedigree.

We felt like the best way to offer our BEST was to just open the gate to our entire program and let you take a pick. First and foremost we run commercial cows. This has been the foundation and mindset of what we do here in Greensboro, Alabama. We have built our seedstock herd with the idea of raising bulls for us to use in our registered and commercial programs. Over the years we have been diligently selecting sires that can move the needle within our program with an emphasis on calving ease and growth with the best blend of maternal traits and carcass we can find. When this catalog goes to print we will have just shy of 200 females to select from. As a fall calving program, the youngest females will be bred heifers from the fall of 2023 and any cows with calves at side will be sold as a bred cow. In the event you’d like to keep a pair together you will be given the option to double up and take both when you make your selection. If you’d like to see the cows wet, we encourage you to come prior to weaning on 5/1 and we do ask that you make your selection prior to 6/1/2025.
Here are some stats we believe bring value to this choice:
• 60+ Females rank in the top 5% for WW and over half the herd ranks in the top 15%
• 40+ Females rank in the top 5% for YW and over half the herd ranks in the top 15%
• 20 Females rank in the top 15% for Calving Ease Direct
• 90+ Females have a double digit Milk EPD
• 35+ Females rank in the top 5% for REA and over half the herd ranks in the top 15%
• 20+ Females rank in the top 5% for IMF and over 70 rank in the top 15%
• 85 Females rank in the top 15% for Stay
• 85 Females rank in the top 15% for Breed Back
• Over half the herd ranks in the top 15% for Terminal Index
• 40+ Females rank in the top 15% for Fertility Index
125 of the females in this choice won’t even be 5 years old until this fall:
• 22 GRT MSC Woodford 889G24 Daughters
• 28 BWCC Something Soggy 313G20 Daughters
• 22 BWCC Blackbelt 192D42 Daughters
Over 125 are Reg. females & over 50 are UB2 Females

Sewell Cattle Company is offering the chance to flush your choice of one of two of the most influential donor females in, not only the Sewell program but all of the CDP Brangus group. MS DMR CAPITALIST 535F2 has generated over $500,000 in revenue both in progeny and embryo sales, and she is the dam of Main Street, Steadfast, Mr Smooth, and the soon to be marketed herd sire prospect, DMR PRIME TIME 535M26 that will sell in the CDP Spring Bull Sale. MS DMR CHILL FACTOR 99H4 is the highly prolific daughter of the 99E4 donor and has produced revenue in excess of $100,000 in her young life including the $40,000 Desperado bull as well as a female that sold in this sale last year for $28,000 and she also produced the SCC FRONTIER 99M31 herd sire prospect that will help to highlight the Spring CDP Bull offering. The possibilities are endless when deciding on mating decisions for either one of these exciting donors as they have both worked exceptionally well to a host of sires, they are phenotypically fault free, and their genomics are impeccable. Sewell Cattle Company is offering you the chance to flush either one of these two breed changing donor females. All aspiration work will be done at TransOva near Bryan, TX and will need to be done by June 1, 2025. All aspiration, freezing, processing and shipping costs will be the responsibilities of the buyer and in the event that the guarantee is not met the chosen donor will be flushed again until the guarantee is met. Sewell Cattle Company is guaranteeing a minimum of 10 transferrable embryos but both donors are consistently averaging well above 10 embryos so the chances of exceeding the minimum are high. Buy this flush and build your program around the progeny they’ll produce.

This year’s set of yearlings are a group that we have been building towards for generations. For anyone not familiar with our program we have always put an emphasis on calving ease genetics that can offer added growth and carcass value. The biggest part of our families operation is in commercial cows and over the years as we have built our registered herd we have focused on raising bulls that can thrive in Louisiana while siring calves that generate real value whether you’re marketing steers at weaning or on the rail. We have done both and we see the value in using the kind of brangus bulls that do both. Over the years while we have focused on the terminal traits we have never lost sight of the real reason we create a seedstock herd and that is the unparalleled maternal value of the Brangus cow. As you look through the choice to pick any spring born female in 2024, we think you will see those values we mentioned above reflected in this calf crop. You’ll have an opportunity to select a daughter from the 329E8, the cornerstone of easily one of the most prominent cow families here at Mid South Cattle Company. We have an outstanding set of maternal sibs to the $100,000 female for the 2024 GKB Inaugural Brangus Sale out of the 313F donor. You’ll even find the influence of the 111 cow family that helped build our program from day one. 100% of these females have been parent verified and have GEEPD’s. These females will be scanned later this spring and we invite you to come out anytime after ultrasound data is collected to make your selection. Progeny from these represented sires and dams available on the spring 2024 heifer crop!

“We have never offered a pick before. This is a golden opportunity because this set of calves are the best we have ever had in my opinion.”
-Alan Haney, General Manager
Johnston Brangus is once again opening the gates to offer a pick of their entire 2024 calf crop with nothing being held back. We’re talking about the chance to pick the best potential donor or herd sire prospect out of the entire calf crop from one of the most progressive Brangus and Ultrablack cowherds in the business, with numerous highly proven donors as well as the best available herd sires in the breed. In the past several years, Johnston Brangus has spared no expense in terms of acquiring herd sires and to use in their ET, AI, and NS breeding programs with sires like Visionary, Handsome Jack, Guapo, and Double Wide pulling triple duty through all of their different breeding systems and the daughters and sons that are being produced at Johnston Brangus are unrivaled by any in the industry. This will be one of the easiest picks to make on sale day if you’re looking to maximize your genetic progress and one of the hardest choices to make on the day you make the pick because we guarantee you, it will take you a while to decide, due to the overwhelming depth of quality! Don’t miss this chance, because if you don’t buy this pick, you’ll have to compete against them in the future.

They are long fronted, long sided daughters of the $145,000 Ace of Spdes 406J who we own with Fenco and ACE. They are thick made and numerically superior. Ace of Spades is hitting his stride as a sire with numerous highly consistent progeny on the ground like these two daughters. Their dams are full sisters sired by the incomparable CB Masterpiece 2051F. Their dams were part of the $26,000 Lot 10 choice lot offered in the 2023 Genetic Edge Sale. Furtunately, they were not chosen. Maternal sibs to their dams have generated over $73,000 in revenue in our program including Land Line sisters who have sold for $14,000, $14,500 and $13,000 going to Triple T, Villa and T3 respectively. We flushed their dams as virgin heifers and are obviously pleased with the results. We have also virgin flushed these two Ace daughters being offered and look forward to the same kind of outcomes. 415L62 and 415L63 write impressive EPD profiles featuring big CED, light birth, big growth, big SC, elite REA, big Imf and Indexes.

We are proud to offer the choice of these two outstanding young heifers. Not only do they possess a genetic makeup that sets them in an elite group with EPD’s to match; but also their phenotype moves them to the very top of this group. Also, consider the fact that Julianne and Ariel are flushmates. This adds the factor of consistency. What more can you ask for in two year old heifers? Yes, they are also calving at two years old! I have been watching these two heifers since they were born and trying to decide which is the better one. I am still not sure, so you decide. The 826 cow family is one that should be on every Red Brangus breeders wishlist. These descendants from the Miss -C- Extra Stylish 826X2 cow are going to be some of the big impact females in the breed moving forward. They blend a stunning phenotype, maternal body mass and structural design like very few in the breed today. This summer born show heifer has all the bells and whistles needed to compete at the highest level over the next year. Her sire, Patron combines two of the most dominant cow families in recent history in the 175 and 204 lines. The pedigree represented here in TJM Marie Laveu 826M leads us to believe that after her show career concludes her second act might just be her best. Tons of dollar earning potential here!!
There is likely not a more sought after sire group in the Red Brangus breed today than the GRC George L 101G daughters. After a successful show career, his progeny burst in the spring of 2023 with a pair of daughters from Tajo Ranch that sold for $25,000 and $22,000 in the Inaugural Red Alliance Sale. In that same sale, the George L semen commanded $2,000/straw and the excitement around his influence has not declined. The 317 cow family represented in the bottom side of this pedigree shines with household names like Sureways Rocky Street 227N and MS R2 Crusader 317N, a two time Grand Champion winner at the Houston Livestock Show. We believe the secret to building a Red Brangus female is utilizing dams with pedigrees that have stood the test of time while infusing the most cutting sires on the top side that can produce a phenotype sought after worldwide. We feel like we have that here in 317L; bid often and bid with confidence! A.I.’d to Tajo Red Legend 59H2 2/7/2025

It’s been some time since we’ve been apart of the Genetic Edge, but we’re excited to be back. We are proud to offer the complete package of structure, performance, and a unique pedigree with TJR Ms Final Time 198/M. Her sire needs no introduction,as he continues to produce high-end offspring. Her dam traces back to reds on both the top and bottom sides, while 198/M is homozygous black. Starting with a 65 lb birth weight, 198/M weaned off at 515 lbs and had a yearling weight at 920 lbs. Her scan data is equally impressive, with a RE/100 of 1.34 and an IMF of 5.07—truly a well-rounded performance profile. More importantly, her design is exceptional. She is long-bodied, flat through her shoulder, and as feminine as one could hope for. She checks all the boxes. She walks with ease, has a calm demeanor, and is structurally sound in every aspect. This female will undoubtedly be a valuable asset to any progressive and forward-thinking operation. Don’t miss out on this exceptional opportunity.

The 10 cow family is without a doubt one of the hottest in the breed today. This BWCC Big Town 192B16 daughter is exactly what we have come to expect from his progeny; she’s stout built, good looking and maternal throughout. On paper she reads will breed leading growth, double digit milk and top 2% REA that is backed up by an adjusted REA measurement over 11 inches. Programs are built around pedigrees like this! AI’d to CRC BOURRE’ 30K93 (R10520091) on 12/17/2024 Palpated safe in calf.
