第三部份 Part III 請選擇付款方式 Please a payment method： □ 以現金付款 Pay by cash 如閣下以現金付款，請自備適當款項，並於領取商品當天即時付款。不設找續。 Please tender exact amount and pay on the day when you collect the merchandise. □ 以支票付款 Pay by cheque* 如閣下以支票付款，請準備劃線支票，抬頭為「香港小交響樂團有限公司」 ，並連 同此訂購表格一併寄回本樂團，否則恕不受理。 Please make cheque payable to “HONG KONG SINFONIETTA LTD” and mailed with this order form to us. Otherwise, your order cannot be processed. (如欲索取收據，請與本樂團商品部職員聯絡。A receipt will be provided upon request.)
本樂團最少需要 3 個工作天處理閣下之訂單。It normally takes at least three working
days to process your order. 訂單一經確認後，閣下將收到由本樂團以電郵方式發出的確認通知，說明有關領取 商品事宜。You will receive an email notification regarding the pick-up arrangement
once your order is confirmed. 閣下須於辦公時間內親臨本樂團辦公室領取商品及付款 (只適用於現金付款)。 Please pick up the merchandise and settle the payment at our office during regular business hours (cash payment only).
