Adjustments to the original draft as result of the retreat: • Quorums established­­25% for certain items

• Number of Board members changed to 8

• Term limits for Board members not put in place but

Board term changed to 2 years from 1 • Term calls for Associate Pastors and other called

workers; not for Senior Pastor. Term calls are for 3 years. Only congregation can vote to non­renew the call.
