Dear my beloved SU, This time of the year has reminded me of myself 2 years ago. My first leader ever in AIESEC once said to me: “When time comes, the people we led will carry on our work and the journey to develop more leaders”. This sentence has always been my inspiration and kept me believe in leadership development through time. And that’s one of the reasons why I had applied for VP EM when I was only a 4 – month – newbie. As our organization’s belief and mine as well, everyone has their own leadership potential and their own style to be a leader, no matter what. Success is a journey, not a destination. To admit, over 2.5 years in AIESEC, I had more failure than success, especially in leading people to follow me. But, I don’t let the fear keep me from playing the game because when I reflect, I understand more about myself and realize how much I have developed through time. And that’s why, I still put my belief in you, our members of AIESEC in FPT, that you will be a new generation of leaders who lead and make AIESEC in FPT better, especially, make yourself better. But, above all, choose things that make you feel happy to do. No one forces anyone, it’s a matter of choice and priority. So, choose wisely! 1. Operation Manager Job Description/Responsibilities

Keeps track all activities carried out in Hoa Lac. Build Member Performance Tracking tool and deliver with OCPs. Reports weekly to SUP. Makes operation – related decision when SUP is not in Hoa Lac. Key Responsibilities
Makes urgent or minor decision in terms of team management or event management, then reporting immediately to SUP. Gathers all plans, operations materials, training materials to develop IM/KM System. Be a proxy of SUP in urgent cases or working with university when SUP is not in Hoa Lac.
Be a role model and demonstrating behaviors of a leader in front of all members in SU No. reports in term of MPT monthly and SU weekly KPI
Transparency level of reporting and communicating. Feasibility of implementing IM/KM after 1 batch
