How to use the Concierge Request + Status check Make a new request » Log into the HN Design Studio » Explore the left-hand menu to locate the desired design » Click the design thumbnail » Click “Concierge Request” from bottom left corner of pop-up window » Include desired description within the “Add a Description” box along with any additional information your office marketing team may need to fulfill your request. » Enter the Property Address or MLS # and date needed. • Note – Listing collateral takes 24-48 hours from time of request to fulfill Check Status of a Request » Click your headshot & name in top right corner of the screen » Click “Concierge Requests” from the drop-down menu » You can now see all your current and past concierge requests » If a request has not yet been started by your office marketing team, you will also be able to cancel any request no longer needed from this page. How to Edit Social Media Assets Social Media Posts and Banners can be edited within the platform using the platform designer or by placing a concierge request. » Explore the left-hand menu to locate the desired design » Click the design thumbnail • Click” Concierge Request” to place a request with your office marketing team • Click “Create Design” to launch the in-platform designer and make edits yourself » Clicking “Create Design” prompts you to enter a property address or MLS# » Add Address, confirm accuracy of fields, select photo(s), and click “Create” to auto-populate property information from FMLS • Note – the content located in these fields is what will populate on the design based on design requirements. The property description from FMLS is often too long for the design layout and should be adjusted on this page for ease of use.

How do I access the HN Design Studio?
Can I share designs?
The HN Design Studio can be accessed via My HNR Office under the hamburger menu on a computer or tablet. If you are looking for a mobile option, you can download the HN Design Studio app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
Yes. Designs can be shared via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or as a web link directly from the platform. Designs can also be downloaded as JPG, PNG, or PDF files to print or email. Can I download completed designs?
How do I update my contact information? Click on your name at the top right corner of the screen. Select “Account Information” from the drop down menu. Update the necessary information and click “Save Account Information”. Note - the information currently in your account was pulled from your HNR profile and already includes your phone number and office information. How do I add a team member or co-listing partner? Click on your name at the top right corner of the screen. Select “Partners” from the drop down menu. Click “+ Add New Partner”. Fill in the necessary fields, upload images, and partner logos. Click “Create Partner” to save. Your partner will now appear in your account and can be added to designs by your Office Marketing Team Member. How do I make a concierge request? Navigate the left hand menu to locate the desired collateral type and design. Click the chosen design. Click “Concierge Request” from the pop-up menu. Complete the request form and click “Submit” at the bottom of the page. Once submitted, a notification is sent to your Office Marketing Team Member. Once the project is started, you will receive email notifications at every step in the process until the request is completed. How do I check the status of a concierge request? This page will list all of your concierge requests, when they were created, and their status. If you have questions regarding a request listed on this page, the email of your Office Marketing Team Member is listed at the top of the Concierge Request page for your reference.
