You might notice that this edition of Hoburne Life has a slightly different feel and new content, which has been the result of the invaluable feedback you shared with us a couple of months ago. We really do hope you enjoy reading this magazine and if there is any other feedback you’d like to share, then let us know.

Events ROUND-UP
Over the last few months we’ve had the pleasure of hosting a number of owner events, which we hope you enjoyed as much as we did.
Our first Sunday Social on 5th May, sadly only saw one owner attend… but check out this work of art, designed by the lovely Maureen!
Our Mini VIP Kids Party at the end of May was attended by 20 children. A big thank you to all those who attended and we hope you had a great time.

Investing in our team
At Hoburne we pride ourselves on the calibre and quality of the team members we employ. We know how important it is to have a strong team looking after you, and the management changes we’ve implemented ensure a focus on service, communication and fresh ideas for the future.
Recent team appointments include: Paul Canham, in charge of Grounds & Maintenance. Paul plans to bring smoother operations, processes and improved standards of work to the whole park, with concentration on owner’s needs
New grounds team members to help to continue to improve the upkeep of our beautiful park grounds
Richard Broster, who heads up our new-look sales department and James Knight who will be in charge of all owners after sales. Both come with many years of experience
Join us in congratulating Doug on reception who won our Colleague Of The Month Award for May and Ruby won for April. We believe that both Doug and Ruby have had an amazing impact on owner’s and guest experience – we hope you agree!

FAMILY FUN POOL PARTY
Join us to celebrate the summer at the outdoor pool from 6pm - 8pm. There will be music, inflatables, games, drink on arrival and more, exclusively for owners. Please book at reception.

We’ve very proud of our newly refurbished facilities, all completed to provide you with the best experience for you and your family.
The Pier House
We’re delighted that so many of you have been choosing to spend time here and enjoying the new facilities. We’re loving the new look, especially the LED backdrop – which is a Hoburne first! We’re working hard to ensure the levels of service and standards that we all expect are reached and exceeded.
Leisure improvements
We have a new poolside flooring and LED underwater lighting, have refurbished our outdoor Tiki Bar and added extra owners’ fun swim, sessions. We have also created new leisure activities for 2024.

Water Fitness sessions will be held every Saturday at 12pm following on from Owner’s feedback
Owners only swim sessions are now on 8am - 9am every Wednesday and Saturday
Mane Events Inflatables will be back with us soon and we continue to try new ideas out like Scuba Diving - watch this space!
Reception is holding a Charity raffle from June - September for one lucky winner to receive a free off-peak Hot Tub holiday with us
Debbie and the Housekeeping team are holding a Charity raffle at the Housekeeping Office next to the Nisa shop, for a chance to win a free unit clean and exterior wash

EARLY SITE FEES PAYMENT CREDIT
Owners that still have the £250 credit for early site fees payment in 2023 have had the deadline extended till the end September 2024 to use this credit.
