ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cas h. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the second to last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cas h. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the second to last night of your cruise. How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. Bordeaux (La Rochelle), France Port Information:

The Port of La Rochelle is a 20 min drive to the city center. Due to limited approved taxi services, Royal Caribbean has provided complimentary shuttle buses for your convenience. Shuttle bus service will commence once the ship has been cleared by the local authorities at approximately 8:30 am. The last shuttle bus from the city center to the ship will be at 5:15 pm. Due to operational volume, please expect queues and waiting time while returning to the ship.

The gangway will be located on deck 3 or 5, depending on the tides. Please listen to the announcements over the PA system calling the departure tickets to know when to proceed to the gangway and for gangway location.

Local Port Agriculture Regulations

Please note that local port regulations prohibit the addition or removal of agricultural items such as food, fruits, plants, flowers, sea shells, bulbs, and rocks to or from the ship.

Shore Visits for Minors

Parents or guardians must not permit any guest in their care under the age of 18 to leave the ship in any port without responsible adult supervision.

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cas h. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the second to last night of your cruise. How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. Bilbao, Spain Port Information:

The cruise terminal is in the town of Getxo, which is within walking distance. The city of Bilbao is approx. 12 km away, and you can choose between staying in Getxo or driving to Bilbao. Third party shuttle buses are available from the pier to Bilbao City and take approx. 30 minutes (each way). The price is 10€ round trip, and taxis to/from Bilbao cost approx. 30-40€. Uber is also available. There is also a local train near the pier from Neguri station and can take you to Bilbao or around the region.

Shore Visits For Minors

Parents or guardians must not permit any guest in their care under the age of 18 to leave the ship in any port without responsible adult supervision.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cas h. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the second to last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial [7000] on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cas h. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the second to last night of your cruise. How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Tips for an E asy D eparture

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also checkout channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process. We’ve implemented a more gradual flow for our departure process.

• Staterooms must be fully vacated no later than 8:00 am. After you’ve enjoyed breakfast, please head to any public areas until your departure number is announced or displayed on the ship’s digital screens.

• All guests have been assigned a specific departure group and time. We’ve done our best to schedule your departure at a convenient time for you. You will be notified of your departure time on channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am and digital screens throughout the ship. This is where our schedule will be continually updated

Self-Assist Departure

Avoid the wait by keeping all your luggage with you as you depart the ship. Self-assist departure times begin at approximately 6:00 am and end at 8:00 am. If you are taking one of our transfers but wish to take your luggage off with you, please still attach the luggage tag of the transfer to your luggage.

Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance

Departure Morning

• Your invoice will be emailed to you at the end of your cruise vacation.

• Don't forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.

• You are free to depart as soon as the self-assist departure announcement has been made.

Getting Off the Ship

• Tune in to channel 2 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times.

• Once the Self-Assist announcement is made or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean app, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 5 with all your luggage.

• Taxis are usually readily available outside the terminal. Uber is the rideshare available in Port of Southampton

Regular Departure

Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 6:30 am and end at approximately at 8:30 am

Night Before

• If you are not choosing Self-Assist Departure, leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door no later than 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.

• Suite and pinnacle guests, if you are taking a transfer kindly place the tag number of the transfer and not the red tags.

• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.

Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check in bags the night before.

Departure Morning

• Don't forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.

• Head to your designated departure lounge and proceed to the gangway once your departure time is called.

Getting Off the Ship

• Once your departure number is called on channel 2 on your stateroom television or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean app, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 5 using the elevators nearest to you.

• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details You may collect your bags at the terminal.

• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.

• If you require wheelchair assistance, please proceed to Jamie’s Italian Restaurant on Deck 5 from 6:30 am.

How do I close out my tab?

The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash.

There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released within 5-7 days after your sailing

Paris is about 2-3 hours away. Shore Excursions are strongly recommended.

Please set your clocks and watches one hour backward before retiring tonight. (Ship clocks go backward at 2:00 am Sunday morning).

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cas h. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the second to last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Tips for an E asy D eparture

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also checkout channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process. We’ve implemented a more gradual flow for our departure process.

• Staterooms must be fully vacated no later than 8:00 am. After you’ve enjoyed breakfast, please head to any public areas until your departure number is announced or displayed on the ship’s digital screens.

• All guests have been assigned a specific departure group and time. We’ve done our best to schedule your departure at a convenient time for you. You will be notified of your departure time on channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am and digital screens throughout the ship. This is where our schedule will be continually updated

Self-Assist Departure

Avoid the wait by keeping all your luggage with you as you depart the ship. Self-assist departure times begin at approximately 6:00 am and end at 8:00 am. If you are taking one of our transfers but wish to take your luggage off with you, please still attach the luggage tag of the transfer to your luggage.

Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance

Departure Morning

• Your invoice will be emailed to you at the end of your cruise vacation.

• Don't forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.

• You are free to depart as soon as the self-assist departure announcement has been made.

Getting Off the Ship

• Tune in to channel 2 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times.

• Once the Self-Assist announcement is made or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean app, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 5 with all your luggage.

• Taxis are usually readily available outside the terminal. Uber is the rideshare available in Port of Southampton

Regular Departure

Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 6:30 am and end at approximately at 8:30 am

Night Before

• If you are not choosing Self-Assist Departure, leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door no later than 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.

• Suite and pinnacle guests, if you are taking a transfer kindly place the tag number of the transfer and not the red tags.

• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.

Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check in bags the night before.

Departure Morning

• Don't forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.

• Head to your designated departure lounge and proceed to the gangway once your departure time is called.

Getting Off the Ship

• Once your departure number is called on channel 2 on your stateroom television or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean app, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 5 using the elevators nearest to you.

• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details You may collect your bags at the terminal.

• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.

• If you require wheelchair assistance, please proceed to Jamie’s Italian Restaurant on Deck 5 from 6:30 am.

How do I close out my tab?

The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash.

There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released within 5-7 days after your sailing

Important Things to Know

• Departure Lounge Crown and Anchor Members: Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Diamond, and Diamond Plus can use Theatre on Deck 5 or Two70 on Deck 5 from 7:00 am – 8:30 am.

• Collect any items confiscated before your sailing outside the terminal building.

• Consecutive Cruisers should refer to the letter in your stateroom for your meeting place and time.

Customs Allowance

• Guests are subject to the Customs Allowance of their country.

• Guests returning to/entering the UK are entitled to bring in 4 litres of spirits (over 22% ABV) or 9 litres of fortified wine, sparkling wine, or any other alcoholic beverage of less than 22% ABV. You can also bring in 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250g of tobacco (including shisha tobacco) or 200 sticks of tobacco for heating. You are also entitled to bring other goods (e.g perfume and electrical goods) worth up to 270 GBP without paying UK duty and/or tax.

• If you are carrying cash equivalent to 10,000 GBP or more when you enter or leave Great Britain to or from any other country, you must declare it. A declaration form can be found online at gov.uk ‘declare cash you carry into or out of the UK’.
