Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.
Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial [7000] on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.
Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial [7000] from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staf, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

How much are gratuities?

Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.
Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial [7000] on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.
Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial [7000] from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staf, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details. You may collect your bags at the terminal.
• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.
• If you require wheelchair assistance, please inform Guest Services by dialing 0 to schedule a time and receive more instruction.
Note: Wait times at the terminal will be longer for guests traveling with birth certificates instead of passports.
How do I close out my tab?
The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your Sea Pass at Guest Services or leave cash.
Cash accounts are to be settled before 10:00 pm on the last night or prior to 8:00 am on the last morning of your cruise vacation.
There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

Canadian guests (returning to Canada) need to declare purchases that exceed $800 CAD per person, and if they bring in over 20 0 cigarettes, 50 cigars, 100g of tobacco, 40oz of liquor or 51oz of wine or 24 12oz bottles or cans of beer/ale.
U.S. and Canadian guests carrying cash, money orders, or traveler’s checks exceeding $10,000 must be declared upon arrival on both the Form 6059B and FinCEN 105. Forms can be picked up at the Guest Services desk.

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.
Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial [7000] on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.

How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staf, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check their bags the night before.
• Head to your designated departure lounge and proceed to the gangway once your departure time is called.
• Once your departure number is called on channel 2 on your stateroom television or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 5 using the elevators nearest to you.
• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details. You may collect your bags at the terminal.
• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.

How do I close out my tab?
The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your Sea Pass at Guest Services or leave cash.
Cash accounts are to be settled before 10:00 pm on the last night or prior to 8:00 am on the last morning of your cruise vacation.

Customs Allowance
Guests are subject to the Customs Allowance of their country.
U.S. guests (returning to the U.S) need to declare purchases that exceed $800 USD per person and if they bring in over 200 cigarettes, 100 non -Cuban cigars, and 1 liter of alcohol. Canadian guests (returning to Canada) need to declare purchases that exceed $800 CAD per person, and if they bring in over 20 0 cigarettes, 50 cigars, 100g of tobacco, 40oz of liquor or 51oz of wine or 24 12oz bottles or cans of beer/ale.
U.S. and Canadian guests carrying cash, money orders, or traveler’s checks exceeding $10,000 must be declared upon arrival on both the Form 6059B and FinCEN 105. Forms can be picked up at the Guest Services desk.
