Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Navigator of the Seas and cannot be taken of the ship.

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staf will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.

Do you use medical needles? Keep others safe by discarding them properly. Please see your stateroom attendant to request a sharps container.

Animal Sighting Advisory

Occasionally, animals may find their way onboard our ships. For your safety, if you encounter any animals onboard, it is prohibited to interact with or touch them. We ask that you please report any sightings or encounters to any of our ofcers or crew.

Departure information is available on channel 7 with your Cruise Director Hello Clo, who will provide essential communication on the departure process tomorrow in Los Angeles. Please refer to the flyer sent to your stateroom for departure lounges and schedule. You will be notified of your departure time on channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am, way finder maps and digital screens throughout the ship after this time. This is where the schedule will be continually updated. Please only depart the ship at your designated time.

Welcome to Adventure Ocean, located on deck 12 aft. Our award-winning youth program encourages kids to create their own adventures. Our Open House is from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm — join us to get a glimpse of our spaces and activities. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you have. CURFEW

Adventurers under the age of 1 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of 1:00 am, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or een taf.

SEL -SIGNERS

With parental consent, only 9 to 11 year olds have the oportunity to sign themselves in and out of the program while at sea. f your child is a self-signer, please make sure that they always carry their ea ass card with them for safety and identifcation purposes. Children may not self sign whislt the ship is in port.

DIAPER POLICY

All children participating in Adventure Ocean activities must be at least 3 years old and be fully potty trained (with the exception of Royal abies and ots Nursery).

Tips for an Easy Departure

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process.

Self-Assist Departure

Avoid the wait by keeping all your luggage with you as you depart the ship. Assigned departure times begin at approximately 7:30 am and end at 9:00 am.

Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance, on Royal Caribbean airport transfers or on shore excursions.

Departure Morning

• You are free to depart as soon as the Self Assist Departure announcement has been made.

Getting Off the Ship

• Tune to channel 2 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times

• Once the Self Assist announcement is made or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your s tateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 4 with all your luggage.

• Taxis are usually readily available outside the terminal.

Regular Departure

Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 8:00 am and end at 9:15 am approximately.

Night Before

• Leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.

• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.

Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance, on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check their bags the night before.

Departure Morning

• Head to your designated departure lounge and proceed to the gangway once your departure time is called.

Getting Off the Ship

• Once your departure number is called on channel 2 on your stateroom television or when you receive a notification via the Roy al Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 4 using the elevators nearest to you.

• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details. You may collect your bags at the terminal.

• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, and then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.

• If you require wheelchair assistance, please inform Guest Services by dialing 0 to schedule a time and receive more instruction.

Note : Wait times at the terminal will be longer for guests traveling with birth certificates instead of passports.

How do I close out my tab?

Your invoice will be mailed to you at the end of your cruise vacation. The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash.

There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released within 5 – 7 business days after your sailing.
