Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)
For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Navigator of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.

Do you use medical needles? Keep others safe by discarding them properly. Please see your stateroom attendant to request a sharps container.
Animal Sighting Advisory
Occasionally, animals may find their way onboard our ships. For your safety, if you encounter any animals onboard, it is prohibited to interact with or touch them. We ask that you please report any sightings or encounters to any of our officers or crew.

Wheelchair Assistance
For wheelchair assistance in Los Angeles, please proceed starting at 7:30 am to the Boleros Bar, Deck 4 aft port-side, where our team will assist you with the wheelchair transfer to the terminal. The night before disembarkation, leave all your bags with luggage tags attached outside your stateroom door. They will be delivered to the terminal where you will claim your bags in the area identified by the number on your luggage tag. This service is NOT for Self assist guests.

SPLASHIN’ SAFETY
For the safety and well-being of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Navigator of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

Parents, please ensure that your child wears the wristband that was especially placed for them in your stateroom and they continue to wear it for the duration of the cruise.
In the unlikely event of an emergency, proceed directly to your Muster Station. Adventure Ocean staff will meet you there with your child(ren).
BEHAVIOR POLICY
Inappropriate behavior will not be permitted during Adventure Ocean activities. Youth demonstrating such behavior will be issued up to two age-appropriate time-outs. Upon the third incident, a parental conference will take place and a potential dismissal from Adventure Ocean activities.
CURFEW
Adventurers under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of 1:00 am, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or Teen Staff.
SELF-SIGNERS
With parental consent, only 9 to 11 year olds have the opportunity to sign themselves in and out of the program while at sea. If your child is a self-signer, please make sure that they always carry their SeaPass card with them for safety and identification purposes. Children may not self sign whilst the ship is in port.
DIAPER POLICY
All children participating in Adventure Ocean activities must be at least 3 years old and be fully potty trained (with the exception of Royal Babies and Tots Nursery).

If you wish to deactivate your child’s SeaPass®, please do so at the Guest Services Desk.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY

Please refer to the flyer sent to your stateroom for departure lounges and schedule. You will be notified of your departure time on channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am, way finder maps and digital screens throughout the ship after this time. This is where the schedule will be continually updated. Please only depart the ship at your designated time.
Wheelchair Assistance

Our Open House is from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm — join us to get a glimpse of our spaces and activities. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you have. DROP OFF & PICK UP
For the safety and comfort of both you and your little adventurer, we kindly ask that only one parent/guardian drop off and collect the child(ren) each session. Please ensure that the person dropping off/picking up a child is a person on the authorized pick up list and that they are carrying their own seapass card. For safety and security, whilst in port, the person dropping off and/or collecting a child from Adventure Ocean, must be 18 years or above.
ROYAL BABIES & TOTS: 6 - 36 MONTHS
This is home-away-from-home for our littlest adventurers. A space where adventure, snack and nap time all come together. Our goal is to keep your little ones happy — free to explore and make new friends. Please note that fees apply. Bookings will be cancelled 15 minutes after the booking start time. Please contact the Royal Nursery if you are running late.

SPLASHIN’ SAFETY
For the safety and well-being of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Navigator of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

Parents, please ensure that your child wears the wristband that was especially placed for them in your stateroom and they continue to wear it for the duration of the cruise.
In the unlikely event of an emergency, proceed directly to your Muster Station. Adventure Ocean staff will meet you there with your child(ren).
BEHAVIOR POLICY
Inappropriate behavior will not be permitted during Adventure Ocean activities. Youth demonstrating such behavior will be issued up to two age-appropriate time-outs. Upon the third incident, a parental conference will take place and a potential dismissal from Adventure Ocean activities.
CURFEW
Adventurers under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of 1:00 am, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or Teen Staff.
SELF-SIGNERS
With parental consent, only 9 to 11 year olds have the opportunity to sign themselves in and out of the program while at sea. If your child is a self-signer, please make sure that they always carry their SeaPass card with them for safety and identification purposes. Children may not self sign whilst the ship is in port.
DIAPER POLICY
All children participating in Adventure Ocean activities must be at least 3 years old and be fully potty trained (with the exception of Royal Babies and Tots Nursery).
YOUTH SEAPASS CARD
If you wish to deactivate your child’s SeaPass®, please do so at the Guest Services Desk.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
Please note the designated pick-up time for each activity. Guests will be charged a $1 late fee, per child starting at minute 16 after the completion of a scheduled Adventure Ocean program.

Tips for an Easy Departure
Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process.
Self-Assist Departure
Avoid the wait by keeping all your luggage with you as you depart the ship. Assigned departure times begin at approximately 7:30 am and end at 9:00 am.
Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance, on Royal Caribbean airport transfers or on shore excursions.
Departure Morning
• You are free to depart as soon as the Self Assist Departure announcement has been made.
Getting Off the Ship
• Tune to channel 7 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times
• Once the Self Assist announcement is made or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 4 with all your luggage.
• Taxis are usually readily available outside the terminal.
Regular Departure
Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 8:00 am and end at 9:15 am approximately.
Night Before
• Leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.
• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.
Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check their bags the night before.
Departure Morning
• Head to your designated departure lounge and proceed to the gangway once your departure time is called.
Getting Off the
Ship
• Once your departure number is called on channel 2 on your stateroom television or when you receive a notification via the Roy al Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 4 using the elevators nearest to you.
• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details. You may collect your bags at the terminal.
• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, and then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.
• If you require wheelchair assistance, please proceed starting at 7:30 am to the Boleros Bar, Deck 4 aft port-side, where our team will assist you with the wheelchair transfer to the terminal. The night before disembarkation, leave all your bags with luggage tags attached outside your stateroom door. They will be delivered to the terminal where you claim your bags in the area identified by the number on your luggage tag. This service is NOT for self-assist guests.
Note : Wait times at the terminal will be longer for guests traveling with birth certificates instead of passports.
How do I close out my tab?
Your invoice will be mailed to you at the end of your cruise vacation. The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash.
There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released within 5 – 7 business days after your sailing.

Customs Allowance
• Guests are subject to the Customs Allowance of their country.
• U.S. guests (returning to the U.S) need to declare purchases that exceed $800 USD per person and if they bring in over 200 cigarettes, 100 non-Cuban cigars, and 1 liter of alcohol.
• Canadian guests (returning to Canada) need to declare purchases that exceed $800 CAD per person, and if they bring in over 200 cigarettes, 50 cigars, 100g of tobacco, 40oz of liquor or 51oz of wine or 24 12oz bottles or canes of beer/ale.
• U.S. and Canadian guests carrying cash, money orders, or traveler’s checks exceeding $10,000 must be declared upon arrival on both the Form 6059B and FinCEN105. Forms can be picked up at the Guest Services desk.
