The Mykonos SeaBus operates regular services from the New Port (Tourlos) where Odyssey will be berthed to the Old Port (Chora) of Mykonos Town, where you will fnd an array of cafes and shops. From Ship To Shore, Tender Boats Will Be in Operation Today

Guests on Royal Caribbean Shore Excursions do not require tender tickets, and should consult their excursion ticket or Royal Caribbean App for meeting times and locations.

For all other guests, complimentary tender tickets are required if you wish to head ashore today. We invite one person only to collect tickets, for every member in their travelling party, from 6:00 am (until open tender announcements), in Music Hall Deck 4. Tours meeting on the pier. You should arrive at least 10 minutes before the time printed on your ticket. Allow 45 minutes for the tender ride and enjoy your time ashore today. Tenders run approximately every 20 to 30 minutes, with the ride taking approximately 15 minutes each way. Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated on the tender boats. All guests must be able to board and disembark tender boats independently.

Port Advisory

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process. Staterooms must be fully vacated no later than 8:00 am.

Self-Assist Departure

Avoid the wait by keeping all your luggage with you as you depart the ship. Assigned departure times begin at approximately 6:30 am and ends at 9:15 am.

Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance, Royal Caribbean airport transfers or shore excursion s.

Departure Morning

You are free to depart as soon as the Self-Assist Departure announcement has been made.

Getting Off the Ship

Tune to channel 2 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times

Once the Self-Assist announcement is made or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App , proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 5 with all your luggage.

Taxis will not be available at the terminal. Transportation options that are available include Royal Caribbean transfers, private t ransfers independently arranged, complimentary port shuttle with a drop off point at Largo de lla Pace, or a scenic walk to the nearby train station.

Regular Departure

Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 6:45 am and ends at 9:15 am approximately.

Night Before

Leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry -on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.

Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.

Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check their bags the night before.

Departure Morning

Head to your designated departure lounge and proceed to the gangway once your departure time is called

Getting Off the Ship

Once your departure number is called on channel 2 on your stateroom television or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 5 using the elevators nearest to you. If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details You may collect your bags at the terminal. If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will not be available at the terminal. Transportation options that are available include Royal Caribbean transfers, private transfers independently arranged, complimentary port shuttle with a drop off point at Largo della Pace, or a scenic walk to the nearby train station.

How do I close out my tab?

Your invoice will be mailed to you at the end of your cruise vacation. The credit card you provided at check -in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash.

There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released within 5 – 7 business days after your sailing

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

SPECIALTY DINING RESERVATION

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maître d' outside. The Maître d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

GRATUITIES

How much are gratuities

If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.
