The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. How to Get Ashore in Skagway

The shuttles are complementary and must be used to transit along the pier, both ways. The shuttle ride is just a few minutes and there is easy access to walk to downtown or catch a port operated shuttle into town for a small fee.

We’re all in this together. Here are some things to keep in mind for the health and safety of everyone onboard.

Wash Up!

• The best way to prevent colds, flu and gastrointestinal illnesses – such as Norovirus – is to wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds after bathroom breaks and before eating.

GOOD TO KNOW

Shore Visits For Minors

• Parents or guardians: If a minor (under the age of 18) is in your care, they must have adult supervision leaving and entering the ship.

Outage in Sitka

• Due to a recent outage, cell service and internet in Sitka, Alaska is currently unavailable or limited. This impacts ATMs and credit card usage ashore. We recommend keeping cash with you, just in case.

Local Port Agriculture Regulations

• Local port regulations prohibit the addition or removal of agricultural items such as food, fruits, plants, flowers, sea shells, bulbs, and rocks to or from the ship.

Pump the Jams, Not the Volume

• We know you are excited to blast your vacation playlist, but not everyone has your exquisite taste in music! Please note that personal speakers are not permitted in any public areas and be mindful of the volume in your stateroom.

FAQ

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 . Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise.
