Appointments are requested but not required.
1. Log on to Medicat (Hofstra.edu/Medicat)
2. Click “Appointments”
3. Select the Flu Vaccine Clinic option
4. Search for the next available appointment by selecting:
a. Clinic: Student Health Center
b. Reason: Flu Vaccine Clinic
c. Provider: Flu Vaccine
d. Hit Submit
e. Special Instructions: Complete Flu Vaccine Intake form after booking your appointment
5. Select date and time
6. Complete the Flu Vaccine Intake form.
