This guide is arranged alphabetically by subject area. Some of our experts are listed under more than one subject area. Next to each expert’s name is the Hofstra school or department with which he or she is associated. Because faculty schedules and the frequency with which faculty members access their office and home e-mail and voice mail vary, we encourage media professionals to work through Hofstra’s Office of University Relations for the initial contact with our experts so that we can assist in arranging interviews or appearances. This listing of experts is also available online at hofstra.edu/pressroom. The press room also contains video clips of some of our faculty discussing their areas of expertise. For more information about Hofstra University or to arrange an interview with a Hofstra expert, please call the Office of University Relations at (516) 463-6818. For general University information and the most up-to-date headlines and Hofstra events, please visit hofstra.edu.
