Holdfast Creative

My work is situated between play and violence, the sublime and the chaotic. I create nodes of intersection for myself and others to explore questions through artistic practice that is less involved with finding answers and is more about framing the process as a critical and necessary discourse. Much of my work is experienced as the ephemera created during these intersections, usually in the form of zines, books, short films, sound files, collections of images or installations that bring all of these things together. As a facilitator and creative catalyst, I enjoy working with people and gestures that are exploring states of becoming, happening, transitioning, situating and being.
