The experience of our team in energy projects includes the participation in more than 500 energy projects and cases, which has provided them first-hand knowledge of all parts and activities of the energy sector in Mexico. Our Mexico Energy Practice collaborates dynamically with our Corporate and Financial Services practices, which enables us to participate in a wide range of important energy projects, including public contracts and government procurement, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, financial restructurings, and regulatory and environmental matters related to the energy sector.
