Holland & Knight represented Elion Partners in financing the acquisition of multiple industrial warehouses in South Florida. Our office reviewed all property due diligence, including title documents and surveys, for each warehouse purchase. Our attorneys also negotiated all loan documents, satisfied all loan-related requirements and provided the lender with all required items for the financing of each acquisition.

Holland & Knight represented Spanish client Soho Boutique Hotels, which currently operates and owns hotels throughout Spain, the United States and Mexico, in negotiating a lease agreement to take over the operations of a hotel at 411 Washington Ave. in Miami Beach, Florida.
