The property is located in Miami.
Holland & Knight represented Ocean Bank as construction lender’s counsel in a $69.7 million construction loan to Biscayne Boulevard Property Owner for the Esplanade Apartments. The proposed eight-story, 402-unit apartment building will be built on about 6.11 acres of land located at 11150 Biscayne Blvd. in Miami.
