Holland & Knight represented Branch Banking and Trust Company (BB&T) as administrative agent and lead lender’s counsel in connection with a $63 million construction loan to finance a 36-story, 425-unit rental community with about 6,378 square feet of retail space on the first floor, covered parking for 508 spaces and related amenities. The property is located in Miami.
Holland & Knight represented Ocean Bank as construction lender’s counsel in a $69.7 million construction loan to Biscayne Boulevard Property Owner for the Esplanade Apartments. The proposed eight-story, 402-unit apartment building will be built on about 6.11 acres of land located at 11150 Biscayne Blvd. in Miami.

Holland & Knight represented Synovus Bank in connection with a $43 million acquisition and development loan for a 1,300-unit multifamily residential project to be built on 70 acres in Hialeah, Florida.
Holland & Knight represented TD Bank USA in acquisition financing for the commercial property located at 2800-2808 N. Miami Ave. in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami.
Holland & Knight represented U.S. Century Bank in a $9 million loan to Seasons Gardens Senior Residence and 17250 Miami Dade LLC to finance the purchase of an assisted-living facility at 17250 SW 137th Ave. in Miami.
