In the same manner, our labor and employment team specializes in advising clients on compliance with labor legislation in Mexico. Our team has broad experience in individual and collective litigation before the Local and Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Labor Boards. In addition, our L&E lawyers have substantial experience in labor due diligence processes, designing and implementing strategies for the transfer of employees and massive layoffs; advising clients on internal investigations, negotiating employment termination processes for executives, designing private pension plans, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, and in general all topics related to strategic labor planning.
