Represented an American energy storage company in connection with one of the largest redevelopment projects in West Virginia that included a $290 million financial package from the state; the project is located within a former steel mill complex, and Holland & Knight was able to have the state take ownership of the site in order to avoid any environmental liability; the state will convey the property back to the client for $1 after certain thresholds are met Represented a client in connection with the redevelopment of a site in New Bedford, Massachusetts, to provide services for a terminal and logistics base for offshore wind construction
